This place needs management help. We had a res for dinner, but got there early for a happy hour drink. We first went to what looked like the check in table, and were sent to the ‘real' check in area. That was it. Never told us how to proceed. Went to the bar and had a drink. Soon got an email that our res was cancelled. Hostess had no idea why. Finally had a good dinner and our server Mike was great. Food was ample and good. However, this place really needs some capable management. Would not go back.
Great place to have a meal whether is with your significant other or in a large group, a special celebration or just a casual meeting, Cooper's Hawk never disappoints.
Our first time sitting on patio in 82 degree temperature. The food, service and ambience was great. Spoke to both managers Anthony and Mark. They were so accommodating to my requests for upcoming visit. Our server Cynthia was amazing. Food was delicious and hot (Steak, salad, prime sliders & shrimp). We did the blind wine tasting at the bar prior and it was super fun. No drinks at table because it was hot and but it started to rain and cooled patio off a bit. Either way glad we sat on patio to try something different. Oh and the carrot cake for dessert was really good.
Well, we had the pleasure of being served by Sarah. She is new to Coopers Hawk and just started within the last two weeks. You would not know that she just started to work as a waitress. Her professionalism was that of a seasoned server. She was attentive to our every need and made our meal more enjoyable. She is also very knowledgeable about the wines, so ask for advice in confidence. Sarah, hope all works well for you as you are an asset to Coopers Hawk. Oh, the food and wine were excellent.....as usual.
Food took a long time, wasn't good, made me sick. Prices when up within a month 😩.
Had an 8pm reservation for 2. Checked in with host and told 'we will be right with you'. After 15 minutes decided to leave as the restaurant and lobby were jam packed. Got a text t 8.48pm that our table was finally ready. Good call to leave. Seems like too popular a spot and they should managed their reservation intake better. I'm sure service would have been slow for the overburdened staff.
The service was horrendous and the food was cold. It took 40 minutes to get our drinks that were from the bar and were wine and cocktails that should've come before the meal. Nothing was served at the same time and they sat us in a strange back corner of a room half on carpet, half on tiles smashed in and on top of a couple who was trying to have some privacy. I would not recommend and would not come back
Food top-notch. Worst aspect was noise level. We were a party of 3 and struggled to have a normal conversation. Also, we were seated by other parties who were in the same stage of dinner as we were and (not server's fault) that impacted service.
Trying to get through the crowds to find the reception desk was difficult, noise level was terrible but once seated, service was very good, our server, Sarah, was outstanding and the food was excellent...the Chicken Giardiniera was unlike anything I have ever eaten, over the top, delicious and others had Chicken Piccata was also out of this world!!
My recent visit to Cooper's Hawk was a bit of a mixed bag. The restaurant itself offers a welcoming atmosphere, and their menu is diverse and enticing, but the service during my visit fell a bit short of expectations. While the food was enjoyable, our server seemed quite rushed, which detracted from the overall experience. As a restaurant known for its wine selection and pairings, I was particularly looking forward to the wine service. Unfortunately, this aspect was underwhelming—there was no proper introduction (tasting) or guidance on wine pairings, which is something I was hoping would elevate the meal. Instead, much of the server's attention seemed focused on promoting the restaurant's wine membership program. While I understand its appeal to frequent diners, spending a noticeable portion of dinner pushing the membership felt intrusive and poorly timed. Cooper's Hawk has a lot of potential to deliver a stellar dining experience, but attentive and thoughtful service is critical to make it truly exceptional. I hope to see improvements in these areas during my next visit, as the restaurant clearly has much to offer.

Had to wait 10 minutes for a table after arriving for reservation. Terrible host with attitude and anger issues. Very pushy with low level IQ. After being seated our server didn’t come to ask for drinks for 30 minutes. Half the drinks never came, server never checked on us throughout the entire meal. Food came out one by one over another 20 minute span. Can just tell they are hiring low level workers for low level pay and the experience was trash due to it. Hiring happier, professional people is a must. Homeless people out front asking for money. Very anti-white vibe from the staff. Just a poor experience.
I was always taught , if you can't say something nice, say nothing at all. Soooooooo................... I even ask to pay for bread.
Food was excellent but was let down by extremely slow service. We will not visit again sadly.
A little run down. Note parking is in the back.
