Usually more attentive service. It was thanksgiving tho so we tried to keep that in mind. Food is amazing
We weee there for thanksgiving dinner. Soup was amazing! Sangria of the day was delicious. All downhill from there. Turkey and stuffing was dry. Meal was very salty. Desert was very good. Since thanksgiving is a favorite meal for me it was very disappointing. Would not recommend for a holiday meal.
Wonderful way to spend Thanksgiving with family/friends for the Holiday without any hassle! Great service and delicious food!
Always fantastic! We went for Thanksgiving and they were packed but the service was still great. No issues with the food - it was all perfect as usual. We went to the one on I Drive and it is huge! We really liked it and will definitely be returning.
The food was really good. Restaurant was really loud, tables jammed next to each other. Service was slow and inattentive.
I absolutely love Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant — the food was wonderful as always, and I'm a proud wine club member because this place is usually a favorite. However, during my recent visit the service fell short of the standard I'm used to. Our server was extremely slow, our drinks sat empty multiple times, and we had to ask repeatedly for refills. We also never received bread at all. This was very surprising since I've always had excellent service here. I still enjoy Cooper's Hawk and will definitely return, but I hope the service experience improves to match the quality of the food and wine.
We sat outside. The outdoor patio is pleasant and quieter. The server was not very engaging and was slow. U
Food is always good, and service was good as well. Server recognized us and was very responsive.
What a lovely time we had at Coopers Hawk in Orlando!! Fun wine tasting to start and then WONDERFUL dinner with bottles of wine!! Great time!!!
All the servers from the table side to the wine pourers at the sample bar were outstanding. The hostess was horrible, no greeting, no eye contact, seemed irritated that we were there, almost left after meeting her. The rest of the staff and the food/drinks saved the evening.

Food and serive were outstanding. Unfortunately we picked seating at the bar and it was very loud and difficult to have a conversation.
The wine tasting took too long ( not enough help to serve the very fully pour stations, but Keris took over our section eventually and was very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. She even gave us additional samples to bring to our table for our dinner reservation. The food and service in the restaurant dining room was very good. My only negative comment is that this busy restaurant is very noisy. The decor does nothing to dampen the noice coming from the wine tasting area making for a less than fully enjoyable dining experience.
Coopers Hawk can be a good mix for a fun last minute casual dinner or even a nicer dinner. The food is always phenomenal, and I love that it's a scratch kitchen. Portions are generous, and you will not leave hungry!
Sent our daughter and son-in-law for their first anniversary dinner. They received very special treatment along with their excellent meal. They were very happy with their experience!
Even with a reservation it took almost 30 minutes to be seated-took our server another 5 minutes to greet us. Dirty tables everywhere in the dining room. Soup and salad were both good. Mahi Mahi was so dry it was difficult to eat. Shrimp WAY overcooked and close to burnt. They only serve their own wines and at the price they charge for the amount you get in a pour it's not worth it.
