Always fantastic! We went for Thanksgiving and they were packed but the service was still great. No issues with the food - it was all perfect as usual. We went to the one on I Drive and it is huge! We really liked it and will definitely be returning.
I absolutely love Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant — the food was wonderful as always, and I'm a proud wine club member because this place is usually a favorite. However, during my recent visit the service fell short of the standard I'm used to. Our server was extremely slow, our drinks sat empty multiple times, and we had to ask repeatedly for refills. We also never received bread at all. This was very surprising since I've always had excellent service...
All the servers from the table side to the wine pourers at the sample bar were outstanding. The hostess was horrible, no greeting, no eye contact, seemed irritated that we were there, almost left after meeting her. The rest of the staff and the food/drinks saved the evening.
