Highly suggest reservations! The atmosphere is amazing, portions less than expected for the price but very good food. Staff are very friendly and glad to tell you about the fish swimming by your table.

Recently I saw a ton of people on social media discussing how horrible coral reef was. I was shocked because I had always liked it, but hadn’t eaten there in a few years so my family and I decided to give it another try today.
I’m not sure what everyone was complaining about, but we all highly enjoyed our time there. The pineapple bread - wonderful. It was flakey and warm and delicious.
I had the shrimp fettuccine - flavorful and delicious and the sauce was perfect - not too thick and overbearing. My husband and daughter also enjoyed their meals (surf and turf and the seafood boil).
It is a beautiful restaurant, our server was super attentive, and the food was excellent (and came out very quickly the week of Christmas none the less!)
Would highly recommend!

We had reservations for Coral Reef. The decor is nice and you get a view of the aquarium. We had a very nice and personable waiter Paul, but that's where the good experience ended. The woman who actually brought out our food (Katy or Kaly), large woman, thick glasses, brunette, two buns in the back of her hair slammed our food down at the table so hard and fast that the food almost slid off my plate and onto my lap. The grilled chicken in the kids meal was dry and flavorless. The broccoli was basically raw. The shrimp fettuccine had no seasoning or butter. Several of us got the braised short rib, which came highly recommended. It was good. Food was very pricey for the quality. Overall, there are just too many other good restaurants at Disney to come here again.

Our table was by the window so we watch the fish and turtle easily.
The dinner was delicious.
Medium rare fillet and two very large shrimp.

My family enjoyed eating at the Epcot's Coral Reef. The food was good, even though the steak was overcooked. The host staff were overwhelmed and struggling, but the server was amazing!! Theming was good, but we were seated 4 rows away from the aquarium tank with an onstructed view, which was a major bummer as the aquarium feature was the main reason to eat here. Unfortunately not everyone can get a good view. Manage your expectations.

We had dinner here tonight as part of the Candlelight Processional guaranteed seating package! Everything was fantastic and perfect as it always is at Disney! The service was perfect, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the food was amazing and good portions to make you full!! They will accommodate you with anything that you need (for me, no added salt or seasoning, or sauces on my food). We have always wanted to come here and I am so glad we picked this place!

Waited months to eat at this restaurant. My 10 year old was so excited. Showed up 20+ minutes early to request to be sat close-ish to the aquarium as it states on the Disney website you can do that. They sat us at the furthest table from the aquarium. Both my kids couldn’t see anything and were so disappointed. When I went to the host stand to try and change the table they were extremely rude. It was a huge bummer to see my kids let down, especially when there were several open tables. Service was slow. Food is mediocre. Would not recommend.

We were happy to find a dinner reservation to try this highly recommended restaurant in Epcot! It’s def a cool atmosphere with the gigantic aquarium that is an entire side of the restaurant! The decorations are ocean inspired too & adds to the ambience. I like that the seating is like a theater do every table has a view of the aquarium. The food was average & a tiny bit pricey.
We ordered Mac & cheese off kids menu, the grilled snapper (kinda dry but tasty) & shrimp fettuccine which was typical & good. We also ordered the fun light up kids drink, a glass of wine & coconut shrimp as an appetizer.

We’ve eaten at this establishment many times over the years but yesterday was different. The food quality just isn't there. I ordered the snapper and although the taste was good the texture felt off. I ended up with food poisoning, confirmed with a black tongue because of the reaction. Everyone else seems ok. I do have to say the server was fantastic. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. I would second guess eating there again tho.

Our server was so thoughtful. My kids took a strong interest in the fish image fact sheet they printed out and asked about a dozen questions about the fish in the tank. This guy did not move a muscle until all their questions were answered. Very kind and patient. Great experience

So bad and completely unacceptable for the price.
Had lunch here and was seated in front of the tank. Server was helpful in finding foods that met my dietary needs. Salad and dessert were excellent.

The inside is very nice and pretty and enjoyable. But the potato in the seafood boil is completely raw and not cooked. Mentioned to the server but the kitchen try to tell us that it is just the way it is. And it was because we have a preferences that we think it is hard to bite. Really cant accept that they try to find excuse and blame us for their mistakes.
The overall food quality is also bad compared to other options nearby. Tastes similar to Costco food. Seems they have failed to uphold the standards because people keep coming for the sharks and turtles.
