⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience with Dilson, the bartender at Corazon by Baires and KALI Dining Room. His service was outstanding from start to finish — friendly, professional, and very attentive. He really knows his craft; every cocktail he made was perfectly balanced and full of flavor. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and truly cares about making guests feel welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to his excellent service. Highly recommend sitting at the bar if Dilson is working!

My husband and I chose to go here for our anniversary dinner based on good reviews. We both got seated according to our reservation time. We ordered dinner which came out about 45 min after ordering. My husband ordered the 12 oz fillet medium well and received a steak that was extremely well done and burnt. We informed our waiter and was told they will remake it. The remake took another 20-25 minutes which already caused us to not be able to enjoy dinner together. When he recieved the remake, the steak was cooked to a rare temperature, it was extremely pink and raw on the inside. At that point we asked for the steak to be taken back and for our check. The waiter did not even apologize or offer for any other dish to be made. It was a horrible experience, especially for an anniversary celebration. We will not be returning here or recommending to friends.
I asked the server to ask chef for a real rib eye cut … didn’t dissapoint , steak was amazing .. a+++++.
