First time coming to this place. Arrived around 10:45pm and was charged $20 to get in. I am used to a lounge being free and giving you the option to reserve a section for a group of people. If you don't reserve you still have somewhere to sit. The only way to sit in this establishment is if you reserved a section. If I wanted to buy a hookah without a section it would have costed me $50 on top of that I would have to stand up 🤔. The music and drinks were good but the only down side was the standing part with no available seats so you would be standing the entire night.

Horrible experience! My youngest turned 21 years old on 1/20. My oldest wanted to do something nice for her baby sister and paid $300 for a section that ended up being our worst experience, considering we wanted to surprise my daughter on her special day!
I will say the lounge was nice and the DJ was good. Bartenders were so slow and not attentive.
We arrived at 9:50, since we were asked to arrive around 10-10:30. Immediately we walked up to the bar, keep in mind only 2 customers at the bar, and were ignored for about 15 minutes. Finally we were assigned a bottle girl. It appeared the girls working were on something, because they were all over the place, for the lounge being empty.
So we sat at our section, the bottle girl asked my oldest twice when would you like the bottle, hookah, and birthday sign. My daughter said twice, since we just got here, it’s early, and no one here, plz bring sign later. We’ll take the bottle and hookah now. Keep in mind we were sober, had not pregame or anything.
Not even 10 minutes later the bottle girl comes out with the bottle and birthday sign. My oldest was in the restroom and we were not ready as we requested already for later in the night. Keep in mind the music wasn’t turned up all the way and it was empty. Making it easy to hear and comprehend our request. So I tell them no, not now. As my youngest noticed them, ruining the surprise. And she got snappy and said well isn’t it her birthday, not your other daughter. So now I’m irritated and responded. My oldest asked you for later, and she wanted to be apart of the surprise.
So once my oldest came back. I told her the surprise was ruined. We texted the promoter about the issue. It was obvious he addressed it via text, since he wasn’t there yet. Because the group of girls all broke neck to look at us at once, which we noticed.
We had another bottle girl rush to our table with coke behavior, asking if we had a problem. Her energy was heavy, eyes dilated looking crazy. I get up to help the situation not go left, because I don’t play about my daughters, yet I didn’t want my babies bday ruined even more. We have to much to lose, but let’s be real. You can’t ask someone with bad energy, if they have a problem. Honestly any other day, it definitely would have been bad. Theres a way to address an unhappy customer, definitely not with that rah rah mentality.
This isn’t the behavior any establishment should have. We drove far, spent money, and was clear and respectful about our request, considering it was an option. Seconds later we got confronted again from our assigned bottle girl. She stated that she didn’t mind coming out a second time, but we explained to her we didn’t ask for her to come out twice. All in the same sentence she then says, well we only come out once, but I’ll come out again. So if you only come out once, why would you come out when we told you for later. Definitely the bottle girls mistake, and should have been addressed more professional. Sad part about it is, others were able to sit down in the same section, making us feel even more tried that we paid $300 for our section, yet others were able to do the same without paying all that money, if any.
Finally the promoter came and spoke with us. We thought it would get better, but in reality they were salty all night, not coming to our table, even though we continued to spend money. We had to get up every time for help.
Around 1:30 we noticed they hadn’t came out with the bday sign, they close at 2, we texted the promoter and after they came out, he came by saying y'all better now, with sass. Bad business, let’s not forget customers make the business. Without customers, there won’t be a successful business.
P.S. Bottle girls had the audacity to ask for a tip prior to all of this unnecessary issues, on such a special night for us 4. Tip I’ll give is, don’t get high before work & reme

Really not happy with my experience. I went on a Friday night but got there around 10pm and no one was in there except me. First issue is the prices they have listed on the menu are not accurate. It is $64 for hookah but the menu says $35. When i asked about it the server said "oh no the prices just haven't been updated". So that's misleading. I got the hookah and was sitting in a spot comfortably until around midnight when one of the workers came to me and said "this section is just for bottles now so you have to move to the bar". And he grabbed my hookah and moved it to the bar. This honestly pissed me off as a patron who paid and was in there before the crowd started coming in. But as soon as other people started coming in, now I need to be moved. Way too much money spent to feel so uncomfortable

I was just looking for a chill spot to grab hookah and a drink while in the area. I looked up a few, even went to one but it wasn't what I was looking for. I ended up coming here and it was just what I needed. The hookah and drinks were great. It wasn't too packed but the vibe was still nice. The staff was friendly and gave good recommendations. Overall a good chill time.
