Cracker is my go to for all things breakfast! I am never disappointed!
The food was great our waitress was sweet as pie. Your hostess could use a class on customer service. A little rude a little out there. Older grumpy lady that said adults are expensive, kids are cheapest due to their little stomachs and she lives on a budget. Almost walked out and chose another dining establishment. Arrived on 1-10-25 at 3:45 ish just so you know who was working on our arrival.

This restaurant has the worst customer services, I came to have a nice family dinner and I wanted to use my rewards and the Lily D the cashier was rude and unhelpful, when I ask to call the manager to fix my rewards the manager was rude and unprofessional. Stay away from this restaurant

Our server was super friendly and accommodating. As for the food...we'll it's Cracker Barrel. Good prices, but you get what you pay for. Best thing we ate was the double chocolate soda cake. That thing was delicious!!!

11-02-2025 Store # 520 Manager Dustin unprofessional, disrespected us paying customers while visiting family from out of state and celebrate a 9 year olds b-day, after leaving waitress a decent tip electronic. After uncalled for encounter with manager Dustin, we were going to also leave even more of a tip (extra) in cash. Since Dustin left us with a sour taste about the experience, we declined the extra cash tip and spoke to another employee in the front after leaving unsatisfied.do Not Recommend due to this interaction which was unpleasant and unnecessary.
