I recently visited this seafood boil spot and unfortunately had a very underwhelming experience. Our server never properly introduced herself â she may have, but she spoke so low we couldnât hear her. She was barely present throughout our visit and didnât even bring out our food. At one point, my mom had to wave her down, and it still took her 20 minutes to come to our table, even though the restaurant only had about four tables occupied. She claimed she was busy, but from what we saw, that didnât seem to be the case.
When we finally got the check, we paid in cash, and the server asked, âDo you want your change back?â â which felt presumptuous. Despite the subpar service, we still left a 14% tip out of courtesy.
What really upset us was the manager approaching us as we were leaving, holding our receipt, and loudly asking, âHow was the service?â When we said it was okay, he commented that we left under an 18% tip and mentioned that most people tip more â loud enough for other guests to hear. It was incredibly unprofessional, embarrassing, and made us feel judged over something thatâs entirely discretionary.
We had no intention of complaining or getting anyone in trouble, but being publicly shamed for tipping (at all!) was beyond inappropriate. We won't be returning.

We had a great time and the food was great!, our server was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We all got different low country crab boil. I got the large and it was a lot of food,lol, I had a lot left over and I eat a lot. I am leaving a Pic of what was left over,lol...So good

My grandson was eating a potato and said that something taste wrong. Then my daughter check and there was something green in the middle and when we ask the waiter and he sounded like it also happeneds. So I'm guessing what other food is spoiled or nasty?

Food was amazing! Service was top notch! "The boom" seasoning was INCREDIBLY GOOD!! Food cooked to perfection, highly recommend the scallops, and of course the seafood boils!! Lots of options to create your own with what you like, Sean was great and very helpful with selection!!! It's ALLOT of food for the value. Definitely woth the visit!!

Very rarely does a place get 5 stars across the board from me. This place is one of those rare places!
Food was amazing! Staff was amazing! Atmosphere was amazing! Located near a lot of hotels this place is a go to if your looking for seafood.
But be warned, things can get messy. Don't worry though, gloves and bibs are provided!
The staff here are super friendly and go above and beyond!
