This place is a dump! I have been to Crispers in Alafaya location, and this will be my last time! A few months ago I had a issue from ordering my food at the counter and the order taker didn't even order my food correctly... I patiently waited for my food... as everyone that came in after me got theirs I still didn't get mine, so I finically went to the counter and asked the "chatty" employees that seemed that their conversation was more important than the delivery of my food, o approached them and asked if I could have my food.. they looked at me and said "sure" pushed the tray towards me and continued their important personal conversation... FOOD WAS COLD... I left... so the second time I thought ok let me give it another try... AGAIN, same exact situation!!! I placed a phone call through the corporate office and yet got a call back! I will NEVER Visit another crispers again... service is horrible, restaurant is dirty, seats... floors... tables! They just lost a customer and I guess they don't care!
Not a vegetarian or vegan. Enjoyed very much. Clean friendly and good.
Salads are delicious, great if you're looking for a healthier bite.
Decent option for fast casual. Kids eat free on weekends. Big plus for families.
Sometimes great food. Sometimes they leave out ingredients or it tastes like it's been sitting out for an hour or three.
I just ordered what I "thought" was a WHOLE Ruben sandwich and it was on the most stale bread and days old meat. If what I got was suppose to be fresh and that was a while, I never again will eat from this spot.
Excellent restaurant, food and service.
Extremely disappointing. Food quality was absolutely terrible and the staff was so rude. Used to love crispers but this lunch has turned me off and I won't be returning. 3 tiny pieces of chicken on a bed of wilted lettuce...
Always great... Fantastic selection of soups, sandwiches and salads.
After complaining about Crispers and giving a Lisa an email they never did send anything. They just wanted an email for some reason. Crispers used to be owned by Publix then it's safe to say you won't get anything without a class action lawsuit and a judge realizing how disgusting the company and their corporate hierarchy actually is before you get anything.

Really very delicious. I usually go with vegan food when there is no Halal option. Their vegan variations was awesome, especially their flat breads.
I don't know how Crispers stays in business with all of this competition!.... Anywho...
3 Stars because I feel like they have been cutting back on toppings and meat. Now the salad is mostly lettuce. I mean, it IS a salad so lettuce is expected, but where did the toppings go?
good food. everything is reasonably priced. the service however is less than ideal. my friend ordered a sandwich on gluten free bread and it came out on nothing. when she asked for the bread, the woman literally laughed at her. ridiculous. overall, most the workers were not friendly or helpful which stinks bc the food is great.
The TEA is always old. Every time i come here, its gone bad. Might be from them not cleaning out the tea holder but idk. Food is good. Employees are friendly. Haven't had a bad experience yet. They got my sandwich wrong this time but i didn't really care and ate it anyway. Although i don't know how you get a turkey sandwich and the cranberry one mixed up? Generally a clean place but when its busy they don't clean the tables enough. Bathrooms are clean aswell.
