The ice cream cones truly are unique and are really good! The ice cream reminded me of my childhood, and the strawberries were really sweet and fresh which was a nice touch! The location was very clean including the restroom! The two staff were very friendly and quick making the overall experience really enjoyable!

Was excited to try the seasonal flavor with a strawberry cone, berries, and nutella. After taking several bites into our cone, we realized there was no ice cream filling. Disappointing and frustrating as we'd left and were already half way home. The price points a bit too pricey for these kinds of mistakes.

I want to give the BIGGEST shout out to Sadie & Mabel! They were both extremely patient with while I was trying to order and dealing with my 2 year old. I was very frustrated but they kept me sane &’ showed the biggest love! Thank you to you both &’ the ice cream was FANTASTIC!!! My wife loved it too so we definitely coming back but as dine in next time!!! One of the best ice cream I had in a long time!

We stopped by Crispy Cones in the Hourglass District one evening to see what all the hype was about. The location itself is super cute and very clean, and the two young men working behind the counter had great energy and were really helpful walking us through the process since it was our first visit. You place your order at a kiosk, which was quick and easy.
I kept mine simple with chocolate ice cream, raspberry sauce, and Heath bar pieces, while my husband went with the chocolate and vanilla swirl topped with Biscoff cookie crumbs. I was able to try both, and while they were good, I can’t say I was blown away by either the ice cream flavors or the cones themselves. I’m a big ice cream lover and don’t mind paying for really great quality, but these flavors didn’t quite hit that “must come back for more” level for me.
The crispy cones were fun but a little bland in flavor, I think they could use a bit more richness or sweetness to really stand out. That said, I’m definitely willing to give it another try, maybe with different ice cream flavors or one of their filled cones next time.
Overall, it’s a cute spot in a sweet little area with great service and a fun concept, just hoping to find a flavor combo that really wows me on my next visit.
