I when for the first time today, the food was amazing. The portions were so small for the price. I asked for an avocado salad and it was $14 dollars I think that was ridiculous. A can soda $3.50 to much. I was going to leave because my son seen the price were too high, but I wanted to support my Latin community. I my first time and last.

We order fried pork chunks and we got roasted pork. We ordered arroz manpostiado and got arroz con gandules. We told the waitress and she tried to convince us that it was arroz manpostiado . Finally I pulled out some beans to show her that they were gandules. She did bring us the correct rice after I showed her. The pork was hard not tender at all.

It’s pricey but everything I ate was delicious, my only disappointment was the crocante rice for $8 dollars the portion is on the smaller size !!!! Will come back.

You may think that going to a restaurant on Mother’s Day is a mistake! Not at Crocante. We had the most amazing waitress, Lizette, the food was beyond delicious, and the waiting time was very short. This place is definitely my favorite Puerto-Rican restaurant.

Have eaten here several times. Not crowded at lunch and always delicious. This time, both my lunch companion and I had Sandwiches with included nicely sized fresh side salads. My Porcheta sandwich was so yummy that I was moved to write a review this time! It had a ton of meat that was just the right amount of salty and with bits of the crunchy skin. The sauce on it was so good, too. My friend also really enjoyed his rotisserie chicken sandwich which was very flavorful.
I have recommended Crocante to a friend at my gym who is from Puerto Rico; he also loves this place as a taste of home.

Loud. I do it recommend sitting in the back. That said- the food is amazing. The stuffed chicken was moist. The bacon was perfectly crisp. The fries are well seasoned and the home made hot sauce (not too hot) was delicious. The fried steak empanada with the egg was delicious and huge. Well try the non-breaded next time. The chimichurri on the churrasco steak was cooked perfectly and a new favorite. Highly recommend this place.
So here’s my review on this restaurant, I have to say the food was very good and flavorful. My friend had the pork belly with guacamole and it was delicious, but I thought it was too pricey for the portion that was served. I also ordered a passion fruit mojito but the waiter misunderstood and brought me a passion fruit juice. When I asked him he did apologize for the mistake and asked if I still wanted the cocktail, unfortunately I had finished my meal and was getting ready to leave. I think that he should have taken the juice off the check considering I didn’t order juice. Nonetheless, paid for it and yes I drank it because he made no attempt to correct his mistake. Order than that small hiccup the place was very clean and I would definitely go back. So yes I would recommend this place.

Fantastic food. The mofongo with shrimp, along with a side order of rice was filling and fantastic. Phenomenal presentation of the dish as well. Well worth the price, and I'm eager to return.

We had tried their food at a food truck at a Latin festival and decided then we had to go to the restaurant. Everything was fantastic, my wife and I split the Roti Kan Kan and had rice and pigeon peas, plantains, and beans as sides. We had the Jumbo shrimp appetizer to start off and decided to try Medalla beer. There were a couple of large parties and the restaurant was about 50% full. The staff was very friendly and informative. I can't stress how much we enjoyed this dining experience and we will definitely be back.
