Food was good, but took forever to come out. They also seemed understaffed on servers.

Don't let you take food to go. My family ate from trails end and I planned to eat Crockett, but we all had to sit in the Crockett area for me to order off the menu (mind you it's all one building). I was the only one eating Crockett and everyone else are trails end. The server told me to sit at a table alone in Crockett to order my food, wait for it, they will give me a box for me to put it in myself. Then I can walk upstairs and eat it with my family. If that isn't the most asinine, ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I get you've got policies but that is ridiculous, how hard is it really for the chef to put it right in the box and for me to come down when it's ready? Absolutely disappointed with the restaurant and staff.

NEW MENU IN PHOTOS! We were here one of the last weeks Trails End and the lounge were open in February. We just happened to be back on the day of their soft launch. We came in for a few drinks before the Hoop de show. Very impressive, great drink selection, ambiance and more. Can’t wait to come back to eat!
