Had issues back in September with cookies purchased, reached out and never heard back. Husband went again yesterday and got the oatmeal skillet cookie. Didn't look like the picture. It was missing the cookie crumbles on top and was just drowning in super dark caramel. It also says it is served warm but it was not warm at all. Super disappointed with this location.

I recently got a free chocolate chip cookie from Crumbl, thanks to T-Mobile Tuesdays, and it was such a treat! Crumbl's chocolate chip cookie is perfectly soft and gooey, with just the right amount of chocolatey goodness in every bite. It was a generous size, too, so it really feels like a sweet treat. The staff was friendly, and the store was clean and inviting. This freebie was a nice way to brighten my week. I'll definitely be back to try more flavors.

had two immature kids working , a guy was sitting icing cookings , the poor girl was doing everything else. the whole time i was standing there waiting for my cookies they were joking and cackling and ignoring any customers that walked in. as the girl is preparing the customer in front of mines order she starts scratching her hair and then didn’t change her gloves after !! and just kept touching everything. so cleanliness and customer service is not this stores priority. 1/10. ghetto.
