I had an absolutely incredible experience! The food was nothing short of spectacular, and I was blown away by how spotless everything was. The staff radiated warmth and friendliness, making me feel right at home. Without a doubt, this is one of the absolute best restaurants I've ever visited in Florida!

My first time trying Culver's a few weeks ago. My family members in other states has raved about this restaurant. Well now I must agree, the food was deserving of all the rave and more. Although a bit more expensive than I'd like, I'd return due to the good "fast food" quality and taste. The fish, fries and cheese bite thingys were hot and delicious. Now let me get to the shake concoction. I asked the young lady, I think Nilah or Niyah was her name for a recommendation. She recommended the flavor of the day which was something with cheesecake. I'm glad I did because it was the most delectable custard concoction I've had. Not only was she friendly, but everyone behind the counter were and provided customer service with smiles. As I waited for my food, there was an issue with a customer's extremely long wait in the drive-thru, like 25 min long I overheard. However it was handled professionally. I'll be returning to orlando in two weeks and this Culver's will indeed be my first night dinner stop. I'm looking forward to the cheese curds, custard and trying the infamous butterburger.

The food is well made. I would recommend dine in because the service is better and you get what you pay for. I think they need improvement on making sure the order is right before bringing it to curbside. I had to let them know sandwiches were missing. And then realized something else was missing once I got home.

At 12:03 I ordered a burger, fries, and a drink. The most typical order for a restaurant to make, right? 12:30 comes around and I’m still standing around waiting for my food. I walked out. In that time I could’ve drove somewhere else, ordered, ate, and be on my way home.

Location and space inside are great. The drive thru was extremely busy, which might explain why it took over 20 minutes to receive our food. But the food tasted great and the service was friendly. If they can speed up the service, this will be the number 1 Culver's in town. Will return.

I got the build your own burger and when they brought it to the table all the toppings were on the bottom. 3 bites in I realized there was Pickles on it and I instantly felt ill. When I asked then to replace it I was told no. Mind you there was at least 15 people working and with only 1 person in front of us it took 15 minutes to order our food. The young adults "working" there were to busy talking about there personal lives to take care of customers. Very unprofessional and I will not be going back to that location.

Breaded Pork Tenderloin does’nt get it’s due. Awesome sandwich. For best results, Add lettuce, onion, pickles, and a swipe of mayo on both buns. Hold the tomato.
Butter burgers and concrete mixers are scrumptious as well.

The place could use better upkeep. There were plenty workers on site, but none assigned to garbage duty or wiping tables. Every garbage can was overflowing including in the men's room and at the drink station. I also changed tables to get a clean eating surface. The workers were also in line with regular customers on their lunch break. I thought that was strange, since a kid can run out of time on their lunch break that way. Not sure of that was the exception or the rule.

Food was fine and what I would expect of a Culver's but the two times I’ve gone through the drive- thru its taken over 20 mins to get my food. It could be that they’re just busy but I've been to others during prime lunch hours and never had to wait that long. Its still the closest Culver's so I will be going back but it might be better to just park and go inside to order.
