I recently moved to this area, and Culver’s has always been one of my go-to restaurants. Unfortunately, my experiences at this location haven’t been pleasant. On multiple visits, my orders have been incorrect or missing items. One order came without the sauces I requested, another time the bacon was undercooked, and on a separate visit my cheese sauce was missing, there was no bacon on my burger, and the fries looked like they had been re-cooked. To make matters worse, I asked for a Coke Zero and got a lemonade.
I really enjoy Culver’s and want to keep supporting this location, but consistency and quality have been disappointing so far. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously, as I would love to have the same great Culver’s experience I’m used to.

Counter staff was nice, inexperienced but nice. Can't fault a restaurant for having new help, but you can fault them for their food quality. Kinda ticked about the quality and presentation of the food. I just hope that management fixes this for the next customer who orders the pot roast. But know that I won't be ordering it again.

The worse Culver's ever. I ordered a banana split with only chocolate ice cream, whip cream, chocolate syrup and the banana. When I received my order, the ice cream was half melted and with out the banana. Jaylee had the worst customer service ever. I will still eat at Culvers but unfortunately not the one located at Lake Nona

I ordered delivery food cold missing items sandwich was hortible . I am not from here this my second time ordering from them same quality of service and food. I will never order from them basically got a sandwich for 20 dollars .
25 minutes for a single concrete. The guy kept ignoring me when he walked by. I’d suggest to avoid this location at all cost!

On Sunday We order 3 meals and every one of them the meat patties were bone dry, hard and not hot!!! We ate them but that will be the last time I set foot on that place . Not the 1st time this happens, but not any more, I haven’t told everyone I know about it and to go somewhere else. It looked like they had a tray full of already cooked patties loosing the cooked temperature. That’s not safe people can get sick!!!

Butterburge deluxe and fries are on point! Staff is nice. Plus the music they play in the lobby slaps. Love me some Christopher Cross and Gerry Rafferty!

I love Culver's but not this location. 2nd time in a year's time and always something happens. Missing items, this time I was offered a refund but I really wanted the curds. What made me dislike the place this time around was the unpleasant smell. I honestly thought it was urine but they all said it was probably from soda fountain machines. The floors were sticky. I did not dine in as we only visit this location on our way to the airport. Food was delicious and I'm willing to wait for it.
