Took a 2½ hour drive from where I live here. I was so looking forward to this place, can't deny the amount of items was very impressive, and felt amazing seeing them in person. However, I walked out with just 1 item and couldn't get everything wanted/needed for my wedding due to feeling very uncomfortable and hawked!! The employees are all miserable, grouchy, and lack manners! Even when I asked one a question about the Colormills later, the lady at the counter was so brief and rude. Then I kept being followed by this young white dude, who they clearly assigned him to watch me but pretend he was "working". Every isle I turned, he magically had interest to go there too. Which meant he thought I was stealing... I'm never one to scream racial profiling or pull the race card, especially since I can pass for a white woman... but this place needs to do better with these employees and management and stop assuming everyone is stealing. Or better yet, just put everything behind glass locked shelves. Just let everyone go and start all over again at this point.

Bake Supply Plus - the online store has the best selection! I was looking for a silver full sheet cake board for a Publix cake and this was the only store to carry it. Not even Amazon. They were very friendly and were able to ship my order same day so it could arrive on time for my event.

Been coming here for a few years now. Never had issues with customer service or their products. Their selection is great. 2 things i wish they’d change it would be a perfect place. Implement the rewards program for in store and stay open longer. I don’t leave my shop until 4-5 and they’re already closed so it makes it hard for me to shop here and support them more often. Then being closed on Sunday my only day off they’re closed completely.

100% recommended I love this place, it has everything you need to make cakes, cookies, desserts, etc.And the most important thing is that I find flour of very good quality and at a good price to make my breads, something that I cannot find in other stores, although it is far from where I live but it is worth getting there.

Their receipts have a note about keeping the receipt for a full refund within 30 days but they don’t actually honor that for several items. Very rude “boss lady” as they refer to her in store. I was offered an exchange of items but was refused a refund even though I had my receipt.
