I had the classic bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious. They have different sauces you add yourself and different mayos even a truffle. The bun did go to pieces though. My complaint is the female at the ordering station. There was one woman ordering with the male and we walked up to the female and she told us we would have to get in line. So by this time 7 people had walked up! We should not have had to get at the back of the line because they were NOT there when we walked up! Not happy with that employee!
Delicious gluten- free burger and fries!!

This is what D-Lux considers a burger for the seasonal tripleta burger.
Truly a joke.
And they charge $15 for this abortion of a burger and comes with no sides
First and last time customer.

Absolutely wonderful staff. VERY accommodating to allergies (especially soy and gluten) and knowledgeable about their food. Allergy meals are served separately and with diligence. Taste and quality is amazing, always worth it!

My husband and I enjoyed our burgers and onion rings. The burgers were amazing as well as the service. The sauces were also really good. I loved the truffle aioli and hubby loved the 1921 sauce.

Service was incredibly slow and poorly communicated. We ordered via the app and we arrived in the pickup window and still had to wait an additional 20 mins even though we had booked about an hour before. Looks alright but the chicken was unbelievably salty and the chips were very soft and band. Extraordinarily expensive for what it is and no one in my family finished their meal as it was incredibly unpleasant. Forgot our fries which I had to go back and get and was disappointed by the taste and embarrassed as I couldn’t stomach many of them before disposing of them. Definitely eat elsewhere.

Excellent vegan and gluten free burger. Probably the best I've ever had
The burgers are not worth it. Probably the only thing holding this place up is the milkshakes.
The dietary burger was so bland that it made me wonder how can Disney Springs have such terrible burgers.
- Buns are way too small to hold contents
- It’s like they don’t season the meat enough for at all
- dietary burger is just a bland burger
- milkshake was pretty good tho
For what you spend, you might as well have gone somewhere nice and avoid feeling like you wasted your money.

It was very nice to be able to place a mobile order as we walked there. By the time we walked in, it was maybe another two minutes and our order was ready. They were very fast and courteous. Not one thing was wrong with our order, even our allergy friendly meal was perfect. The gluten free bun was actually pretty good too. It was very clean on the inside and outside. Overall it was a great place and definitely will be coming back again. Also, the kids meal actually gives a decent amount of food too.

We’ve been traveling and this is our first time here! Unfortunately the service was not great at all!
The cashier and staff look miserable and when ordering we didn’t have any smiles or greetings. As we ordered we didn’t know it doesn’t come with fries and was not offered any. It’s as easy as saying “would you like any fries with your order?” knowing it doesn’t come with fries, would think an upsell would be good for business. And offering a cup of water too. But no, we were rushed out of the line and didn’t felt welcomed. We had to do the line again for fries and it was the same experience.
Not the worst, but 1000% not the Disney experience we have gotten everywhere else.
The only reason it’s not a 2 star is because the food was not terrible (not worth $15) but the milkshakes were actually tasty

We decided to give it another chance. We ordered from here when we were here in December and took it back to our room but we should have eaten at the restaurant and maybe the burger would have been better. We both ordered the Bacon and Blue Burger. The burger seemed smaller than it was in December but that could be imagination. I thought it was quite tasty.
So the burger was so salty. It was like they weren't sure if they salted it already and decided to salt it again. I was crunching on salt crystals. It probably would have been good without all that salt. The fries were very good but not hot. The sauce variety was great but regular ranch would have been great as the garlic ranch was just too much. We ordered onion rings which were very thickly battered and over cooked. They were very chewy. Wish they had a horse raddish sauce for them, but we ended up throwing them out due to the chewyness.

This place was very hyped up on Tik Tok so we wanted to give it a go and we definitely weren’t disappointed.
I ordered the blue cheese burger, fries and a s’mores shake. Everything was 11/10! We ordered from our table and food took about 20 minutes to come, they bought it to our table as well which made it easier.
They also had loads of different dips to try - some that I’d never heard of. All of the dips were so delicious and paired well with both the burger and fries!
I’d recommend to anyone going to Disney Springs!
