Very expensive. Over $60 for a ribeye. Very quiet not suitable for young kids.

My grandmother and I came in knowing we would be sharing a meal, as we both can only eat small portions due to health reasons. We decided to split a 12 oz New York Strip, which comes with two sides. I wanted a Caesar salad, and my grandmother wanted the Avocado and Heart of Palm salad.

Our waitress informed us that the Avocado and Heart of Palm salad was an extra charge out of the two sides, but said that since it was extra, we could still choose another side that was included. Based on that explanation, we ordered French fries as well.

When the food arrived, the steak was cooked medium instead of the medium rare we ordered. The French fries arrived, and my grandmother received her Heart of Palm salad, but my Caesar salad never came.

After waiting a while and not seeing our waitress, we asked another waiter for help. He spoke to our waitress, who appeared visibly annoyed when asked about the missing salad. We were then told that we had only ordered the Heart of Palm salad and the fries.

I explained that our waitress had told us we could choose another included side since the Heart of Palm salad was extra, but it felt like we were being brushed off and treated as if we were confused or being difficult. There was no apology or attempt to acknowledge the miscommunication herself.

This was especially disappointing because we ordered the exact same meal the night before (the New York Strip with one Caesar salad and one Heart of Palm salad) without any issues. Had the waitress not stopped us and said that the avocado and heart of palm salad was going to be extra and not part of the two sides, I would not of ordered the fries and just kept the original order.

Overall, the experience was frustrating, not because of the mistake itself (which I can take accountability that the miscommunication could have been on us(, but because of how it was handled. A little clarification or apology would have gone a long way.

Amazing experience from start to finish.
The service is a solid 10/10 and the food is absolutely delicious. Everything is highly recommended. Even when ordering takeout, they package everything with so much care and attention to detail.
The staff at the bar is super friendly and welcoming. The lunch special is fantastic — great flavor and an excellent price. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients in every dish.
Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

Da Silva on International av. as same name in Doral Miami, offers that most tasteful meat and desserts you can enjoy, but people ... those young Venezuelans with endless smiles and courtesy are the core of that place, everyone is ready to make you feel in heaven, we know about Outback, Morton, STK, Longhorn and others, but if you want good meat and extraordinary ambient don't hesitate and go to Da Silva

My parents-in-law were very excited for us to try this restaurant, and since we are big steak people, we were especially looking forward to the ribeye. Both my partner and I, as well as my parents-in-law, ordered our steaks medium. Theirs came out perfectly; unfortunately, ours came out raw.

We informed the waiter, who initially wanted to simply cook it longer. Considering this was an $80 steak and part of a “big deal” presentation with a fire show, we politely asked if it could be remade fresh instead. The waiter told us it would take about 30 minutes, as they were busy with a private party. We agreed and waited.

When the second steak arrived, it was completely overcooked—not medium at all. At that point, we were already tired and ready to leave, so we didn’t complain again and just ate it, despite being disappointed.

At checkout, we noticed the bill was higher than expected. After tipping, I saw we had been charged a “big party fee.” I asked the front greeter what they considered a big party, and she said six people. We were a party of five. She said she would speak to the waiter.

The waiter came over and seemed aggravated. I explained the issue, and he responded that our check was fine. I pointed out that my parents-in-law’s check was not. He replied, “Well, they are okay with it.”

They weren’t—they simply didn’t understand what the charge was for.

I walked out extremely unhappy. I’ve never left a restaurant feeling this way before. Between the steak experience and how the billing issue was handled, this was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning or recommending this restaurant.

We recently dined at this lovely restaurant, and it was such a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is elegant without being intimidating: warm lighting, tasteful décor, and a calm, refined vibe that makes you feel like you’re treating yourself without going overboard.
