False advertisement; one price on the board different one at window. The burgers were cold and when went back asking fir a fresh one the guy in kitchen gave attitude. I asked for my money back instead. Never again

This place is always empty and for good reason. And I only settle for them when Culver’s line is too long. This location epitomizes why Dairy Queen is the worst fast food burger place for me. The food is absolutely bland and tasteless, and it’s often cold. Every time I settle for it, I hate myself a little bit more.

After getting the worst customer service next door at Dustin’s BBQ, Dairy Queen’s server gave us amazing service and the food was really good. Thank you Dairy Queen, my pregnant wife was really happy!!!

Nice place to get a mid afternoon snack...they weren't busy and I barely had to wait for my Blizzard...it was tasty!
Went back today and had a similar experience...no wait to order and only minutes to get my treat. The Blizzard was very good and there was hardly any other people in the place...very quiet.

My husband brought me a crispy chicken salad. When eating the salad. I found 2 strands of brown straight hair in the salad. Definite turn off. I just started going there. And that happened. I'm afraid what more could be in anything else.

Denise in the Orlando dairy Queen helped me out TREMENDOUSLY! I was lost with no phone service and she was so sweet the whole time. I thank her for her genuine care.

We all know what Dairy Queen tastes like so I’m not going to write a review over that. What really impressed me was how clean the women’s bathroom was!! It took me by surprise.

The only reason I gave 4 stars when they are a 5 star place was due to the fact the young lady that was taking my order must have been going through something. I was being pleasant and chipper, especially after a hard 12 hour day at work. I have been in retail and fast food in my younger days. You never let your personal drama affect your customer service...if you can't fake it until you make it or ask for an hour or two off to compose yourself. I frequent this establishment and they usually hit it out of the park....this is only the 2nd time customer service suffered... I will go there on 06/25/2025 and give them a chance to earn all 5's.

JAZMYN WAS RUDE AND INSULTING. MY LITTLE 6 year old’s feelings were hurt when she didn’t give him his chocolate blizzard she Promised. Didn’t want to make a scene by getting into fight so I left controlling myself. If I did get into fight then all the employees and manager would have been unfair to me also and would end up taking side of their own employee. Bad service from Jazmyn. Everyone rather go to CULVER’s Nearby!
