Friend, if he wants a client to return, give him alternatives, plus he was going to pay for the extra... I didn't ask for it for free.

I ordered a fish which was very good. Onion rings were good too. I was very disappointed because I was looking forward for my banana milk shake. Why don't they pay attention to the order. It's not that difficult. You don't need to be a brain surgeon. I ordered it through Uber. I really want that milk shake so bad.

The reason for my one star review is purely for service at this location. Dairy Queen food is good and pricing is what it is.My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru. Now before I continue, I’d like to note that we always pay separately (due to low funds and not sharing a bank account). So, when we do drive thrus, we ask that they take separate orders and this usually isn’t a problem.Back to our experience, we pulled into the drive thru and my boyfriend said “we’d like to do two separate orders.” The response back was a sassy “well, I’m only taking one right now. The lobby is open though.” Okay first of all, how is this any different than two separate cars? Second of all, what was with the attitude? Third of all, if we wanted to go inside initially, we would’ve. Don’t come to this specific location unless you want disrespect in return for your business.Side note: I understand that this request can’t always be fulfilled/that they don’t HAVE to do that for us. I’m more angered by the sass that we received and a lack of reasoning for why they couldn’t do this for us. As well as the inconvenience of having to park and come inside.

So much better than the other fast food burger places and great ice cream. Cheaper too.
Food was basic at best but the service was so SLOW, I wont be going back. 40 minute wait And there was 1 person in front of us. Small order for them and equally small for us. They couldnt have been slower if they tried!

I was in the drive thru tonight with my children and witnessed the male manager completely degrade the young male employee. He is very unprofessional and disrespectful to his employees. The window was open the whole time and he knew it because he kept telling the kid to hand me by things as he was yelling at him. I understand there are times you need to discuss things with an employee when they do something wrong but there’s a right place and time for it. Not in front of other employees let alone customers.. I felt bad for the kid. And I shouldn’t have to explain to my kids what was going on because they were able to hear and see everything going on. They were scared he was going to lose his job right there in front of us because he didn’t know what went on a seven dollar meal…
