My third (and last) visit to this store since moving here a couple months ago. There were no cars ahead of me (a little after 1PM), yet it took almost 10 minutes to get my food. Oddly enough, these folks have positioned the MICROWAVE where it's visible from the pickup window. So, I saw her pop my burger in for a few seconds...
Nearly $12 is TOO MUCH to pay for a reheated burger (and COLD fries). Don't waste your time with the "response from owner" stuff -- there's nothing you can say to ameliorate this.
Food was prepared in a timely manner. Employees were focused and not messing around . Enjoyed my visit & will return!

I don’t know what they put in that sundae, but I diarrhead so hard 30 minutes later.
Girl (named Noemi) working the drive thru at night had such a bad attitude like she just hates life and wants you to hate it too. She messed up my order, didn’t even apologize and when I requested a refund she got even nastier. The only positive in this situation was that the refund took under 3 minutes
