My wife and I got free vanilla cones on March 19th for their spring celebration! The staff was courteous (even with the very long lines) and they did a great job handling everything. We will continue to come back and buy food and desserts from this location!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. The workers at this location need customer service training. Twice I have pulled up to the drive thru within the span of 4 months and received poor customer service. The workers on both trips did not greet me and only said “go ahead with your order.” When I tried to engage back with a hello and they did not repeat it, I drove off to a different location on both trips. I will not spend my money at an establishment if they can’t provide BASIC customer service. Please get this corrected.

I came through the drive thru last night and the food was cold. Reheated the food when we got home. Now everyone in the house is sick and vomiting! Definitely calling the health department! Night shift is trash. It’s best to visit this place during the day. The employees have better customer service and you’ll receive fresh food!

Food was fresh, the drive thru staff was friendly, they were really busy and they were still professional, provided quality food, and were nice to everyone. Onion rings were crispy, burger was amazing. I really enjoy Blizzards and was not disappointed in mine.
We get ice cream there only. It's good but come sizes are not consistent...but it's ice cream, and its faster than making it ourselves...sooooooo, we will continue to visit!
