Unprofessional, demeaning, and belittling staff. Take extra care to avoid employee Rio due to her incompetence yet conscious and complete lack of morals and ethics. Cici’s Pizza serves better food at a fraction of the price, with better service, if that gives you a general idea. D&B’s service center routes calls half a world away, powered by employees who are uncooperative and useless. It’s no wonder they’re struggling financially. Do better.

Awful!
Shown to the table by a man who had an absolutely grubby T-shirt/uniform and yawning.
Staff totally miserable towards customers, only cracking a smile when it came to us paying the bill and showing us the tip percentages! They spend more time sitting around chatting.
Food was cold and one order wrong, we couldn’t even be bothered saying anything, we just wanted to get out of there!
