Dave & Buster's Orlando

 customer service was not on point. my food came out 25 minutes after everybody else's when I had an allergy meal.  which was funny because they only had one option that would work for my allergy, which was weed and gluten they have no salad dressings except oil and vinegar that don't contain gluten and the hostess kept trying to take our table and give it to other people overall our server was great, but the rest of the staff kitchen and anyone else involved was extremely lacking. Food was poor quality, and way overpriced for what was given. The arcade is not a huge area. It was actually pretty small compared to others. would not go back don't waste your money, especially if you have food allergies.

First time visitors, advised by server to buy 4 for $45 cards for the games. Big shock when receiving a $300+ bill (didn't order a lot of food as not really hungry). Only told at this point that the 4 for $45 actually meant $45 PER CARD. Totally not worth it, games nothing new and most were high "price" to play for low rewards. Would not return.

Great food for a sports bar and arcade! Don't look for health food, but the salmon bowl was delicious. TV's were awesome watching the Final Four.

Go on a Wednesday. Half off games. Beat arcade place. I will travel an 1.5 hrs just to come here.

Fun was had by everyone in our family and friends group. The games are great and the kids had a blast. Food prices are too high at every restaurant and no exceptions here. That said the food tasted good in all its greasy comfort. I had a cup of coffee, which was adequate but everyone else ate. We only ordered appetizers. Our focus were the video games and such, not eating.

Amazing place, great games, great atmosphere. However, the kitchen is always backed up food. Takes way too long service is very laxadaisical. So much so one of the workers had to get chipotle delivered.

We were on a school trip and booked the wrong day, so when we showed up and the reservation was the day after they changed it immediately and served us even though it was our fault. Absolutely amazing service.
