Dave & Buster's Orlando

I want to start off saying my family loves Dave and busters but last night was outrageous we had a reservation for 745 we got seated maybe five minutes after that which was no problem but when we got sorted we had to wait about 20 minutes while we waited those 20 minutes another table had arrived and the waiter completely skipped over us and went to wait on that table my wife then went up to the host to ask her why did they get waited on and we were still waiting she acted to me very confused on what table we had and honestly the host had given us attitude since we told her about our reservation she apologized and said the waiter will come over...while he was taking our order he wasn't paying attention at all watching the game which we understood it was game night but the kids were getting upset fast forward to the food coming my sons burger was medium rare when he asked for it well done the brisket looked and smelt old just overall horrible I will not be returning for food at Dave and busters again

Very good service and quickness to get in. I believe my server was named Paulette . She was kind and efficient . Only complaint I'd have is the size of the nachos and pasta. Clearly not our waitresses fault. The nachos was mainly plan chips with some tomato . Barely any chicken or cheese on it. Pasta was very small and $2 for a slice of garlic bread extra is kinda weird. It should come with the pasta considering the size of it

This place is perfect to celebrate your birthday with your friends and family and also to watch a game.
It’s noisy, but you can still talking.
The food is Ok , the menu has a lot of options for everyone.
The bathrooms were messy.

We had a reservation, and spent a lot of money to eat/play with a family of 5. Despite not being busy, and having far more empty tables than not - it took 40 minutes for a waiter to even acknowledge us after being seated. It was nearly 75 minutes in by the time we got food. They blamed a shift changeover. We needed refills, and I had to go and find someone to try and get them. 15 minutes later drinks arrived, after my family had already left the table to play. We've been there twice, and this has happened both times. No apologies, nothing

Came for the games and the drinks, left because of the racial discrimination and sexual harassment.

I developed a gambling addiction to the chips system causing my family to fall apart. After playing for 76 hours straight I accumulated 598 tickets which I bought with it a kazoo that did NOT work even with the best of my abilities.

Came for the new years eve party and it was worth it!!! So much fun, the agenda room was our favorite, could have played in their for hours

This place is off the charts. Huge arcade with all the games including all the newest ones.

Destiny was an amazing server, the food was awesome and value was also very good. We loved our experience with Dave & Buster's place, team, menu and quality!

Dante was an amazing server! Helped with our food allergies and eased our worries and concerns. The food was amazing and exceeded expectations. Will definitely be coming back!
