Overall Great experience, our first time great service , our waitress was amazing. Our kids live the food & enjoy the arcade

My experience is always pleasant the only issue was there was only 1 server running back and forth between both seating areas near the bar it increased the wait time to order food and drinks the food did come out hot but it was a while before we saw the waiter again there definitely should be more than one server for the Volume of customers that visit the place.

Service was amazing for our party of 16. Our server, Jeff, was excellent. Our orders/recommendations were great, food was tasty and plentiful for the price, and he even got the Gator game moved to the big screen for us! It gets a little warm in the gaming area, probably because of the electronics and the many people, so maybe some more fans or something would be good?

We came for our daughter's 13th birthday with her cousins. The overall experience was good. The value for the food is good as well. The game card prices could improve considering the cost to play the games has increased over the years.

We were seated on the high top tables and was greeted by a young lady with Red hair, she spoke so fast that I was unable to catch her name. She took our order, brought our drinks and we never saw her again. The first supervisor (a gentleman) brought out our food which he asked if everything was okay and looked good. We waited 30 minutes for our server and by that time we were able to wave down another supervisor, which she came over to see what was wrong. We expressed our concerns, asked for to go boxes and our check. The supervisors were more than accommodating but the servers there didn't seem to care for the job. Three other tables had also complained the same night while we were there. I love Dave N Busters but employees could do so much better!

We actually walked out it was that bad no one served us sat at the bar for 10 minutes no one even acknowledged us no front of house staff it was a free for all really poor compared to the time square one.

The waitress and manager were very nice and helpful. The food was really good. The mountain nachos were really good! the margaritas were okay! I have definitely had better. The million dollar margarita was not good at all. very strong and too sweet all together and tasted like medicine to me! It made my stomach hurt. Overall ok, but really expensive for what it was. $270 with tax and tip. Dont get on the elevator 😳. scary

I love the place. Out waitress was really friendly and attentive. The food was horrible. Only thing we had that tasted good were the fried pickles. The wings taste like premade bagged wings, spinach dip was bland and only had cheese on top fried came out cold, and the nachos weren't good either. I'd come again for drinks and to watch a game. That's it.

Our first time and we had an amazing time will definitely be back our waitress was amazing and sweet as well couldn't ask for a better time

Our server was phenomenal. Kept an eye out on our table making sure we had everything we needed from drinks and refills, napkins, sauces, and made sure to remind us "let 'em know if we need anything else". The food and portions were just perfect and worth it on a splurge/fun day out. Overall, we will be back! Thanks for the great time with good memories.

I made reservations to take a friend to your establishment for her 62nd birthday to be kids again... My sister and nephew went with us, our plan was to do the eat and play package which we did... Jeffrey our server was less than attentive. We waited a good 20 minutes before we were greeted, another 15 minutes to get drinks and then only got 3/4 of them... We finally ordered food that came out cold, while we watched Jeffrey watching the football games and hanging out chatting... Three or four times I walked up to him to ask him for things among them were plates and napkins... Hot fries, I had to go to the bar to get a soda for my nephew... To say that the service was horrible. It was a compliment.

Greet staff was nice they even took us up on a back elevator because the main one was broken. Very noisy with all the games on in the back ground. Waitress was nice but left for long durations. I wanted a 5.00 cocktail and got billed. $7.00. When my husband and I explained to her we asked which ones were 5.00 we thought we ordered the 5.00 cocktail she laughed walked a way and adjusted the bill. When she came back I thanked her and told her the food was good because she never asked! I grew up in the restaurant business, she has a lot to learn. Just saying. We bought a few tokens and played a little bit. Pretty pricy on playing the games there. Not really impressed overall.

Service was slow. We were a big party but food didn't come out at the same time. Food was alright.

It was a great experience! I had a little issue with the reservation and they were very receptive and updated my arrival time. I appreciate it! We had a lot of fun, had a couple drinks, food & dessert and it was delicious! Angelo, the bartender, was very nice and polite! Also Zach, our server. 10/10 service!

Overpriced food, no atmosphere when eating for such a fun place - poor seating placement - low seats right in front of tv screens - half group facing, half with back to them so not very sociable experience
