Our server was lovely and incredibly helpful. The food was absolutely awful - cold, no flavor, and poor quality for what you pay. If we go back, it will just be for the games and nothing else.

Well, you come here for the games and the tvs. It's always a blast and good for everyone. If the service stepped up and a little step up in the food, this place would be untouchable. For then, it would suffice for everyone!

I recently attended a holiday work-event at this particular Dave & Buster's. I had never been to this location prior to this event, but it was easily the most unique in regards to the building and layout. It had a huge front entrance and the steps to go inside were enormous so it felt as if you were stepping into a grand ballroom.Once you step inside, you are greeted with a huge bar and a bunch of tables and chairs towards the right side. If you turn left you step into the game area where it's literally a huge room with all types of electronic games, just like you would see at any other location. If you walked all the way to the back there are a few large rooms for events and large gatherings (i.e. Kiddie Parties)The staff here were very nice and pleasant. We had a Mexican-type buffet that was actually pretty good! The food was definitely better than the Sanford rival Elev8, that's for sure! I got to play some of my all-time favorites games and had a blast. I felt like a kid again, even if was just for a few hours.Mexican inspired buffet food.

From classic favorites like air hockey and skee-ball to cutting-edge virtual reality experiences, there was never a dull moment. I found myself immersed in friendly competition with friends and strangers alike, all while earning tickets to redeem for prizes.The dining experience at Dave & Buster's was equally enjoyable. The menu offered a wide range of delicious options, from hearty appetizers to mouthwatering entrees. I particularly enjoyed the shareable platters, which were perfect for enjoying with friends while taking a break from the games.What really stood out to me was the excellent customer service. The staff at Dave & Buster's were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Whether it was helping us reload our game cards or recommending a new attraction to try, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable experience.Overall, my visit to Dave & Buster's was a fantastic combination of fun, food, and friendly service. It's the perfect destination for anyone looking to have a great time with friends or family, and I can't wait to go back for more gaming excitement!

Made reservations ahead of time due to having younger children in the group, called ahead since it was Saturday and the manager said I would be fine for my 730 reservation. Arrived at 718 to check in so we could get game cards while we waited for our table. First hostess said I didn’t have a reservation, once I pulled up the confirmation she was able to find me, a waitress came up and told them not to seat anyone else in her section after checking me in. The other hostess was rude and told us now the wait was 2 hours long and we weren’t going to be seated. I asked why, and she just smirked and said it would be 2 hours. The other hostess was nice and explained that they had a private party going on and that they seated people without reservations. The rude hostess chimed in and said our reservation didn’t matter anymore. Other people showed up to check in as well and were told they wouldn’t be seated for 2 hours… from my perspective once the waitress came up and told them not to seat anymore people in her section after we got checked in is where the problem started. It definitely seemed like the hostess was more than happy to tell everyone the wait was 2 hours. The situation was definitely made worse by her poor attitude. So if you call ahead and get confirmation that you will be fine for your reservation don’t believe it! I’m sure if we waited the 2 hours it would’ve been another 2 hours before we got our food.
