Deep Blu Seafood Grille

It was nice. Rather dark. Needed flashlight on phone to read menu. I had the chicken dinner. It was good. My husband ordered steak. It was tough. The waitress brought us a slice of delicious cheesecake after our dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Very nice.

I was looking forward to dining here at Deep Blu and our overall experience was disappointing. I had a 7pm reservation for four (my wife, two kids and myself). We got sat when we arrived a few minutes early, the hostess highlighted the wines and open kitchen as well as the 10oz NY Strip steak and Swordfish. Our waiter went over the chefs special, had some recommendations and took our order. From here on out our experience went downhill, there were three additional tables seated when we got seated and two of them already had their food. It took 40 minutes to get a steak and shrimp entree, a steak frites entree, both requested medium rare, a kids hot dog and a kids mac and cheese. My steak was more on the medium well side, the fat was not rendered on both steaks and my steak and shrimp was cold, as if it was cooked and sat there for a while or maybe the kitchen forgot part of the order and didn't bother to get everything cooked and out together. I mentioned it to the waiter and the manager came over and said he'd see what he could do on the check, I told him it's okay, and that I'm hungry so I'm going to eat it anyway. After that we seemed to be ignored, no one checked on us, or came to refill our drinks, it took an hour and fourty minutes to get a drink refill which I had to ask for. We also ordered three desserts and they comped two desserts and automatically added the gratuity to the check. I wanted a chance to share some feedback but no one bothered to come over or to thank us or anything, so here I am writing this review that I wish I didn't have to. Also, this was a birthday dinner for myself (which was noted in the reservation) but no one acknowledged it. So based on my experience tonight, I do not recommend this restaurant, it's sad because we're staying the weekend at the resort, maybe we'd be better off eating at the pool bar/restaurant for a fraction of the cost!

Beautiful and oh so delicious food. Kudos to the chef, as every dish was fabulous. Our server Azel was gracious, welcoming and helpful. We had a great anniversary dinner at Deep Blu!

The new menu is limited and under seasoned. The open kitchen was loud. Kitchen staff dropping pans.

Good tasting food in general terms. Portions are very small. Kids sizes are bigger than adults

The food was well presented and tasted fabulous. The server was thoughtful and polite. The meal was well paced and unhurried. The room is nice and the seating is comfortable. The manager on duty introduced himself and was very welcoming. We dined there two nights in a row!

We were looking forward to eating here. I made the reservation 2 weeks in advance. When we arrived the restaurant was closed! It's only open on weekends! I have informed Open Table of this issue.

The Deep Blu restaurant offers fine dining and beautifully presented food. We started with Robert Hall merlot wine. This California wine had a pleasant taste. My husband and I chose Caesar salads. I had the server give my anchovies to my husband. I found the lobster ravioli to be delicious. The portion was ample so half of it will be enjoyed tonight. My husband enjoyed surf and turf. The chef prepared it medion and the shrimp were seasoned well. We took a dessert of chocolate cake with berries home with us. The servers were great.

We went there because we were staying at the hotel. The salmon needed seasoning and the aioli had separated. The food was mediocre, at best.

Very great experience. First time at the property. Decided to go to dinner for my birthday. The Chef send out an appetizer that was very delicious. The gm came and talked with us. The server was very friendly. Will come back again.

Delicious and beautifully presented dishes with fresh flavor and sophisticated atmosphere. The staff was attentive and professionally friendly.

Fresh, individual flavors mixed well in your meal. One select per two people is reasonable, but of course I wanted more. Will be coming back soon.

For the higher end items, the food was phenomenal. Returned the next night and had a sushi roll, which was bite-sized pieces and nothing special (over-priced). The restaurant was not filled but service was very slow both nights. 

The food was delicious, cooked with perfection. The manager and staff Rebekah, John were all friendly, on point, made us feel so welcome and they gave us complimentary desert with wine for anniversary. I will diffently will go back 5 🌟

I can’t express just how much we loved Deep Blu! They accommodated our party of 13 for dinner and the service was 10/10. Rebecca was a great server, very attentive and knowledgeable on the menu! We came to celebrate my sister’s birthday and they brought her dessert and a card signed by the whole staff! You will not regret coming to Deep Blu!
