Very expensive for the quality, which was low.Grouper $60 was dry and tasted past date of freshness and the appetizer ( charcuterie) = same (old food) all other restaurants were booked for reservations. Deep Blu had 3 tables of customers … should’ve been an indication. I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews but this is sent as a warning / prepared to be unimpressed
Calamari was awesome. Humus was not. Steak with Romesco sauce was surprisingly good. The salad and dessert were just mid.

Good food and atmosphere. Fairly easy to park. Waiters seem to be very unfriendly. I always appreciate the waitstaff but I believe they can do

Love the food. The place is definitely best to try seafood ???as well as sushi?. Service was great and they ensured to have cake to celebrate my partner's birthday.
It is pricey and worth every penny! The menu choices are unique and there is something for everyone the wines are amazing we come every year while we are in our annual “brothers trip” never have we been dissatisfied

Portions were incredibly small for the exorbitant price. Great staff and atmosphere, but came close to asking for partial refund . Entree was not even 2 oz of a full serving of grouper for $60. Shoukd have been listed as an appetizer. Also only recieved 2 spears of asparagus as a side. Had to make my husband food after we came back . Best bet is Cesar salad or sushi. Meals not worth price. Nice atmosphere and staff were wonderful however.

Very limited menu and kitchen was not willing to change or make substitutions. Honestly it tasted like the sushi I get at the grocery store but was 3x the price. The staff was extremely kind however service was very slow despite being mostly empty at the time and every other item came out wrong and had to be sent back.

Rebekah was our server and when I say she was OUTSTANDING it's an understatement- she knows the menu and is extremely personable and an utmost professional! This is a beautiful place and Rebekah is a first class server - I had the half chicken - chicken dishes are definitely not my go to but this was amazing - let me say that again - amazing. The chefs know what they are doing - my husband had the grouper and felt the same - I love ambience at a restaurant and this place delivers! We also enjoyed a great bottle of Malbec - I love the resort this restaurant is in - would come back for sure!

Don’t forget any occasion …Did for Valentine want to surprise her…Waste of evening, time and money, Orlando has so many good restaurants to offer …if you locked in this hotel even then it’s a trap, menu is a joke… here says name “deep blu seafood grille” but the Open table markets as in name also a sushi however server had to be forced pretty much and “forgot” the sushi menu exists at all even I specifically asked if there anything else in the menu now I know why.Ribeye was cold, dry and flat honestly I would have a better experience going to Long Horn or some chain restaurant probably … pictures in Opentable misleading btw restaurant was not busy if you try find excuses it was Valentine’s Day. Interior of restaurants very generic as well for its caliber price point and rating. Worst part got food poisoning since then….

I honestly thought I already did this.. Meh.. service was slow waitstaff unattentive.. bread was stale.. even after I requested a "fresh basket" food was actually pretty good but... $60.00 for a non accompanied grouper entree is.. pricey.
We had a fabulous dinner for my sister's birthday. The crab encrusted grouper was outstanding, the salmon cooked to perfection and the ambiance was really nice. We waited a little longer than expected for our entrees, but the waitstaff was terrific. Overall a great experience.

The service was nice, the food was incredible! Only issue I had was my table reservation that I made with OpenTable was not there. I don't believe that was the restaurant's fault, but they were very accommodating. It was just a bit embarrassing at the hostess booth.

3 of our group had the grouper entree and they loved it. I had the swordfish with a curry sauce. There wasn't enough sauce and it was not that flavorful. The swordfish was cooked just fine. The sushi rolls were a spicy tuna and tempura shrimp. I would call them just average. The number of entree choices was pretty limited It is a beautiful restaurant with a very nice ambiance
Decent Start, Disappointing SushiWe recently dined at Deep Blue, starting our meal with black mussels and a Caesar salad, both of which were delightful. The appetizers set a high bar, leaving us eager for the main course. Unfortunately, our choice of three sushi rolls as the main course turned out to be a regrettable error. The sushi seemed as if it came from a different kitchen entirely, falling short in both presentation and flavor. It was a stark contrast to the appetizers and the other main dishes our colleagues ordered, which looked and tasted superior.Adding to the disappointment, our sushi arrived late, well after everyone else had finished their meals. However, the restaurant acknowledged this misstep by not charging us for the sushi, a gesture that was appreciated and ultimately influenced my decision to rate them three stars instead of one. While the appetizers were a highlight, the sushi experience left much to be desired.Don’t order sushi! Will try againParking: Valet parking free for diners
