I went in to eat last Christmas. When I walked in there were about 6 or 7 people standing around and one employee was sleeping at a table. The tables were dirty. I went to the restroom to wash my hands. The bathroom was not good. Paper all over the floor and trash can overflowing. I really couldn't understand why the store looked so bad with all of those employees and not a customer in the place. It was about 4:00 pm on a Saturday as I recall. I left without ordering. They have great YouTube commercials though.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Del Taco location. From the moment I walked in, I felt uncomfortable — the staff were polite and welcoming to other customers, but cold and dismissive toward me. It truly felt like I was being singled out and treated unfairly. No one deserves to experience that kind of behavior, especially in a place that’s supposed to treat everyone equally.
The food wasn’t great either — it was cold, and my order wasn’t correct. But what really hurt was the lack of respect and kindness. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I hope Del Taco management looks into this issue and ensures proper training so that every customer feels welcome and valued.

Absolutely terrible. Food was cold throughout everything. Waiting in line for 40 minutes was not busy at all. Also kept having to repeat myself over and over to get my order correct on screen. Just for me to still receive the wrong food. Honestly wasted $30 for some food that seemed to not be cooked properly. Won’t come back. And that’s sad to say. Bc I come every time I’m in Orlando, not this location but the other. Atleast the churros were hot…. Only bc they had forgotten them. A true disappointment

My son and I went here for taco Tuesday! They have great taco deals. I had a salad and for a taco place it was really good. The cashier was very helpful, friendly and brought us our food. We will be going back!

Waited 25 minutes for 3 tacos & the order was incorrect. Was charged for sour cream but wasn’t on there. Ordered one with beef and it only had beans. Staff was working hard in the kitchen but unfortunately prioritized drive-thru orders over those dining in. Flavors are good and the inside is nice.

They took my order off the screen and they are so slow one lady used tissue to take the avocado off the fries and she been messing up the order while I was standing their and watching. They need to train these people and they need to work clean. Took them 30min to make three items. And there was a lot of people waiting. They need to get more staff
