Very bad service, lack of hygiene throughout the place, the preparation too slow, the staff not at all friendly I do not understand how they hire this type of people to work with the public. The franchise should be more supervised, I don’t recommend it at all

For a fast food restaurant, the food is good; the fries are good and not greasy.
The manager was ringing up customers and taking cash in gloves. She then proceeded to start making my food without changing the gloves. I did decline and was refunded but it should be protocol to change gloves often and after tasks such as handling cash, taking out trash or to avoid cross contamination.

I went in to eat last Christmas. When I walked in there were about 6 or 7 people standing around and one employee was sleeping at a table. The tables were dirty. I went to the restroom to wash my hands. The bathroom was not good. Paper all over the floor and trash can overflowing. I really couldn't understand why the store looked so bad with all of those employees and not a customer in the place. It was about 4:00 pm on a Saturday as I recall. I left without ordering. They have great YouTube commercials though.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Del Taco location. From the moment I walked in, I felt uncomfortable — the staff were polite and welcoming to other customers, but cold and dismissive toward me. It truly felt like I was being singled out and treated unfairly. No one deserves to experience that kind of behavior, especially in a place that’s supposed to treat everyone equally.
The food wasn’t great either — it was cold, and my order wasn’t correct. But what really hurt was the lack of respect and kindness. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I hope Del Taco management looks into this issue and ensures proper training so that every customer feels welcome and valued.

Absolutely terrible. Food was cold throughout everything. Waiting in line for 40 minutes was not busy at all. Also kept having to repeat myself over and over to get my order correct on screen. Just for me to still receive the wrong food. Honestly wasted $30 for some food that seemed to not be cooked properly. Won’t come back. And that’s sad to say. Bc I come every time I’m in Orlando, not this location but the other. Atleast the churros were hot…. Only bc they had forgotten them. A true disappointment
