I had an awesome brunch experience here. The atmosphere was very nice, tranquil, and quiet, which made it easy to actually relax and enjoy the meal. The food was outstanding, both in quality and presentation. You can tell they care about what they’re putting out. The drinks were delicious, and everything came out exactly the way it should.
What really stood out to me was the service. The manager personally came over, introduced himself, and let us know that if we needed anything at all, not to hesitate. He checked on us several times, which you don’t see everywhere. Our server was very attentive, and the rest of the staff was just as on point.
Overall, great food, great service, great atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid brunch spot. I’m already planning on going back next weekend.

We stopped in for lunch and were pleasantly surprised from the start. To kick things off, we ordered the burrata—absolutely delicious. Creamy, fresh, and the perfect way to begin the meal. I also have to mention my cocktail, the “Lolita.” This sparkling vodka-based drink was light, refreshing, and citrus-forward with bright notes of grapefruit—crisp, balanced, and very enjoyable.

I found myself torn between the sea bass and the salmon, so we ordered both. Honestly, I can’t declare a favorite because each dish delivered beautifully layered flavors. The salmon was paired with a unique and flavorful rice that really stood out. The sea bass was served over bok choy and mushrooms with a smooth potato purée alongside—elegant and satisfying. Both portions were generous and well-composed.

Our little one ordered the pad Thai, which was equally tasty, though unexpectedly spicy!

We arrived toward the end of brunch service, and after seeing the brunch menu, we’re already looking forward to coming back to try more. I’ll be sure to update this review after we do.

Service was attentive and welcoming, the atmosphere relaxed and comfortable. The walls featured unique paintings of famous artists, which added a creative and interesting touch. The Lake Eola artwork, however, felt slightly out of place for the overall aesthetic. It’s a small detail, but the artist in me couldn’t help but notice.

Nice restaurant but they're trying to pass off burger buns as croissants. Not cool. You're not fooling me Delaney

This place needs to hang onto its staff for dear life, they were incredibly and really made the experiences. Kindness, attentiveness and not overly intrusive.

The outdoor seating wasn't glamorous but shaded, quieter and absolutely sufficiently comfortable.

Brunch buffet had reasonable amout of dishes, generally good quality and tasty. The order as you wish a la carte part was definitely more consistent in good quality. Only thing that blew me away was the carving station, very excellent meat and preparation, not to mention the homemade bbq sauce was a very delicious addition to either meat.

The bacon they serve is sweetened, good taste, but I would've preferred a non-sweetened option, in addition. Eggs were my favorite. Home fries... so disappointing. Dry, boring, I would avoid them entire if I went again.

Wonderful food and very attentive service. Great experience and felt like the staff really appreciated you being there. Warm comfortable atmosphere without being too formal. Good option for business dinner as well as with friends or family.

We always enjoy our meals at Delaney's. It is our go to spot after a theater matinee! Great food and service that brings us back again and again!

The brunch menu is outstanding. Not only do you get the buffet, but you also get à la carte. Everything we ate was outstanding! Taylor our server was attentive without being overbearing. We will definitely eat here again!

Service was excellent as was the food. Was exactly what we were looking for a low key Valentines Day dinner. We were staying at the Delaney Hotel and it was not only convenient but we both said we would return to the restaurant and hotel. The management walked around and took couple photos and gave out red roses free of charge which was a nice touch. We had room service from Delaney's the following morning which was fresh, delicious, and prompt.

My wife and I celebrated Valentine's Day at the Delaney's weekend buffet. It was a bargain at just $49 each (mimosas are extra) and they do this amazing buffet every weekend. The buffet included 2 carving stations, salads, eggs, waffles, jalapeno cornbread, shrimp and grits, crab legs, steamed shrimp and candied bacon. For sweets they had soft serve ice cream, pastries and a chocolate fountain. They also have an ala carte menu available that includes items like sliders, pasta to order, omelets to order, shrimp po boys and gumbo. And you can also order some of the ala carte items as extras on your buffet for no additional cost. All of the food was delicious and flavorfu! Nate the manager was so friendly and accommodating and took our pictures for the occasion. Zach our server did a tremendous job and please thank him for serving our country (which reminds me they offer a military discount). We will definitely be repeat customers!!
