Just had a dessert and coffee on a Sunday afternoon. The server was overworked and remained cheerful. Had to give her credit for that. It seemed like the cook was inexperienced and doing their best, but couldn't keep up. Everything took a very long time. I know we waited over half an hour just to get one apple crisp and one lava cookie. They both come with ice cream, and they're both warm dishes. The ice cream was almost melted, we had to eat them fast once we got them. I felt like they were trying, it was sad in a way, they needed more help, better management.

I'm not a frequent reviewer, but we had an unexpectedly great experience when we stopped at this Denny's for a bite to eat.Charisse, who waited on us, was just wonderful. She was welcoming, good-humored, and cared about our experience. She was attentive, but not obtrusive. When the omelette didn't look exactly right in her opinion, she brought us a replacement without being asked. We enjoyed both the original and the replacement (which was even better).We are semi-foodies and picky about these things. My french toast, scrambled eggs and bacon were perfect. My husband's build-your-own omelette, hash browns and toast were also perfect. Charisse and the chef deserve to be recognized for their good work. The chef also did a phenomenal job.Five stars all around, except a minor deduction in atmosphere due to a touch of that funny mop water smell in the vestibule. But once we were inside the main dining room/kitchen area, the restaurant smelled fresh and clean.Vegetarian options: Build-your-own omelette with hash browns and toast

Service is terrible, waited more than 30 min for basic breakfast, not busy only 3 other tables in resturant and 2 wait staff. Dirty table, washrooms and jelly container. When Manager arrived all of a sudden staff started to work, and pay attention to the customers, 3 of the 4 tables all had complaints about food or service while I was there. Manager had to go table to table to try and sort out the issues.Basic breakfast and an iced coffee total bill over $33.00?

My family and I came in to eat at Denny's yesterday. I had the most amazing time there me and my family had a great time the food was nice and hot and the service was excellent...... I will definitely be back to visit Denny's and will request that Angela be my server.. she was very prompt very nice and checked on us quite often as other restaurants were only seen once and that's it.
