Food was good but service is ok but this place is freezing it's 66 degrees out and 58 degrees inside this is ridiculous even the wait staff are wearing winter coats food gets cold fast!!!! If your warm blooded don't eat here you will freeze to death ..p.s I am not old just cold oh DON'T GET THE STEAK MOSTLY GRIZZLE AND FAT. MY KNIFE COULDN'T CUT IT THATS HOW BAD IT WAS

The food was good. The waitress was nice and very considerate. The old black host at the counter had a nasty attitude. Did not say nothing from the time we walked in to the time to pay. We went to someone else to pay from how nasty her attitude was. I hope she treats other better than she did us.
Phenomenal service !! The staff was so polite, helpful, and sweet! The food was fast and cooked to perfection! Definitely will be going here again our next trip to Florida!!!

My family and I had a really bad experience at this location. We arrived a little before 10am and was seated. Once seated no one greeted us or came to our table. We were seated for over 10 minutes. We left the restaurant without ordering. I'm extremely disappointed. I understand fully that restaurants in high touristy areas are busy, but to have customers waiting without a single acknowledgement once seated, is unacceptable. Especially considering tables seated AFTER us was being serviced.

We stopped by there today at 9:55am, got seated at 10am and sat for 15 minutes without being greeted by our waiter while others were so we left and went to the waffle house 2 blocks away. My wife called them to get the manager and after describing where we were seated, she said this was the wrong Dennys and that they have 5 locations? We confirmed via GPS history that this was indeed the right location. The staff is rude and while we were being seated, a waitress which I think should have been ours, was standing in the middle of the aisle and we had to split up just to pass by.
