Exceptional boba shop experience! Their teas bursts with flavor and the bobas are great! I had their steamed baos that comes with tempura and it was downright delicious. Staff are incredibly polite. The girl at the cashier was very patient with my questions and very informative about their menu. Every staff was friendly making my visit feel welcoming. A must-try place for boba enthusiasts!

But today when I went in for a cupsleeve event that was being held. The person severing me was indifferent and gave me the incorrect amount of change.

After a long drive, it was nice to be greeted by the cashier who patiently answered all my queries. I decided to order a Monster Boba latte and this is my favourite so far. I will definitely come back here to try other milk tea as well.

This is probably the best boba place I've ever been to in the US (at the time of this review), the tea was flavorful and the boba was great, the staff are friendly and seem interested in the customers experience. The bao is extremely good, highly recommend. Overall this place deserves 5 stars, will definitely be returning.Parking: There is plenty of parking, shouldn't be a problem.

Service is subpar. You are forced to order at a kiosk, and staff is not friendly. Tea was mediocre at best and you are charged extra for not getting ice. Won't be back.

Stopped in super quick and were greeted by the nice cashier at the front. My sister order the brown sugar milk tea and I got the thai milk tea. The only negative was the boba tasted a bit weird, but otherwise we really enjoyed the teas!

Stopped by while we were in the area and we got 5 drinks: 3 different flavors of yogurt, red guava milk tea, and lychee milk tea. My drink was red guava milk tea with 80% of sweetness. I probably chose the wrong drink for myself I had to throw it without finishing. My family members didn't have any complaints on their drinks. Customer service deserves 0 star. The girl at the counter had very bad attitude maybe she didn't have enough sleep last night?.!.. We felt like she didn't want us to be there interrupting her business. Taking order with "what the hell you want" face and not even smiling or responding at least when we told her thank you and have a great day since she seemed like she didn't have a good morning. Girl, if you hate your job that much please sit at home and chill. No customers want to pay to get that poor experience.
