First time visit to this local homegrown establishment that came highly recommended to us. We thoroughly enjoyed the sweet potato biscuits, those came out quickly and warm. We ordered our food but the wait to receive it was almost an hour. We watched the tables around us. Turn several times while we waited. New people came in, ordered eight and left several times. Once our food did arrived we were missing several items. When we mention this to our server she went and got them quickly but it was a very long wait for food to still have to ask for the entire order. Our server was polite. No problem there. It was just a long wait for food. Thank goodness. The three children at our table were incredibly well behaved.

This is hard to believe, my wife and myself went to Dixie Bell's yesterday as we walked up and went to open the door the owner locked it. Right in our face and looked at us and turned and walked away. So now we're locked out I looked at the sign and it said they close at 1:30 it was actually 1:29 so I understand it's closing time.You would have thought she would have had the courtesy to open the door and told us.I'm sorry, we're closed.But instead locked it from the inside, looked at us in the face and turned and walked away. Very poor customer service and believe me, your food is not all that great. Their are too many other great restaurants around to be treating your customers like that. For instance, ollie's right up the street, better food, better service.And they would never slam the door in a customer's face.You should be ashamed of yourself never again.Will myself my shop employees or my family eat at this place after being treated this way.

The woman from the counter seated us she forgot to let the person who serves us know this so we asked young lady to get you take her order and she did she was very polite and took care of it then on my son is here from them military from the Hawaii islands been a while thank y'all.

Really great place. Food & service was excellent. Only complaint was the price of chocolate milk which was just white milk with Hershey's syrup was $4.59.
Perfect eggs, double toasted bread, crispy French toast. Dh loved his meaty omelette and ate every bite of his 1/4 biscuit with gravy. One open room is pretty basic but at least they played not too loud, good music. About $13 for a big breakfast.

Price: Price is decent averaging around $12-$15 per person. The add-one are a little pricey but definitely not needed with the portions provided.
