EZ Eats at West Lake Food Co. has terrible customer service. On August 29th, I ordered the Salmon and Shrimp Rasta Pasta, which was so overly seasoned and spicy that it was completely inedible. I attempted to resolve the issue with the business, but received no response. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This is the second time we bought food, first it was hamburgers and yesterday it was wings. The place is very good and the food is excellent, good presentation and the quality is very good. We love the place, it is something new and clean, the service is super good, they serve you with great respect and are always attentive to help you. I definitely recommend it.

My order was supposed to be ready between 8:28-8:38. Literally I already waited 20 minutes after placing the order and at 9:08 pm they're still saying its being prepared and not ready yet. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

If u wanna wait an extra 40-45 mins on ur food even AFTER the tracker tells you it’s ready for pickup, this the spot for u! No food will taste good enough to have me waiting as long as I did here

I waited over 2 HOURS for my food And the worst part? Not a single staff member seemed to care. No updates, no apologies, just attitude. The customer service was rude and dismissive, like I was bothering them by asking where my order was.
The place was chaos: crowded lines, people packed everywhere waiting, and barely any parking. Total disorganization. By the time I finally got my food, it was cold. Like seriously? After all that waiting?
