The service from this location is shameful. The delivery driver claimed he left the pizza at my address but I have ring doorbell camera and he never walked up my stairs or left a pizza on it. And he deliberately lied about where he left it. Then I am told to wait a couple hours for a refund due to the manager not currently being there. This location is disguising with how they treat their customers. Ignorance and stupidity.

Dang guys. I put the order in, took 16 minutes to get there. The app says my pie is ready. But when I get there I have to wait 15 minutes because it was just put in the oven, after I walked in. If it's going to take longer, just say so. I won't go yet. Next time I go to a different location. BTW... The phone is ringing, might want to answer that?

Both times i’ve been here they made my pizza completely opposite of what i requested, im the last person to go out of their way to write a review but i felt as if it was needed cause i ordered light cheese extra sauce and got extra cheese no sauce 😭😭 absolute terrible service both times i’ve been 1/10 stars would not recommend coming to this store go to the next closet dominos :((

The worst dominoes I ordered from and rude staff ever I encountered firstly order $40 worth of food got home and the wings are totally raw called back to just tell the staff look at their food properly before sending out the food. I was told the chicken was raw in reply am I lier because wings come already pre-cooked I said so I don't know raw chicken no sorry no reason and they rung up on me customer service really sucks even the manager plz check staff. I got my funds back from the wings didn't feel comfortable even getting cooked wings never will return

The store is 5 min from my house, but took almost an hour to get my food. I called to check on my oder, and person was not really concerned. She checked and said driver had several deliveries before my stop. Food was cold when I got it.
Do not waste your time. I ordered an hour ago with an expected 30 minute wait. after an hour I called and they haven't made it yet - said they're running a bit behind tonight. No notice whatsoever. unacceptable and will not order from dominos again. this is ridiculous.

Had my husband pick up the orders, saying the order was ready!! And forgot the lava cake? Heard that the manager did a good job👏and pay attention to his job but other staff seem not.
Lava cake look Soo nastyyy & soft it’s that even cooked? Or ya just throw it in the oven and that’s done? First time receive it like this. Whoever made this order need to be fired bec u don’t love ur job enough.

Easily the WORST Domino's on the entire planet. Every time I order there is an issue. They consistently mess up the orders, leave my food on the ground without even attempting to ring the doorbell. I assumed the driver's were pissed because I don't tip...well the website says that you can write the tip in when they deliver or I have cash. I'm never able to give it to them because they don't even ring the bell. I don't tip in advance because I never know how my order will end up. It's insane that they are so careless with people's food. I live in an apartment complex, not a house so leaving it outside without any notice means someone can either take it or it will end up infested with lizards and bugs. After talking to someone at the location, I thought the issues were resolved but no. Doesn't matter if you call in or order online. They don't pay attention to any instructions. Even when they "remade" my order, they brought old cold food...parm bites that are dry and cold. I will be calling corporate and the health department. This place can't be up to par with the way they run this operation! GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!!!
