We ordered two medium pizzas from Dominos on Chickasaw Trail at 6:22. Estimated time was 25-36 minutes. Tried calling store, their phone was not accepting calls, and voicemail not set up. Driver finally arrived after 8 with stone cold pizzas. He said that they were short on drivers. I asked for the number of the store, he tried to give me the non-working one and when we 1) requestedd a replacement order and 2) stomped off (with the pizas) when I put the non-working number on speakerphone. We never got the replacement, and the order was classified as complete on the website.. HORRIBLE customer service, and only able to reach a "bot" at the corporate site. We've patronized Dominos for probably 25 years, and just moved to Orlando. Won't make that mistake again. Addendum: Finally spoke to the store this morning (surprisingly the number is now working) and they are replacing the order at no charge. So a better outcome than expected.

My husband and I ordered about 2.5 hours ago for delivery. We received part of our order almost 30 minutes late and no pizza. Pizza took another hour to actually get here after they said they were just picking it up and bringing over here. We don’t even live 15 minutes away and it was literally just a cheese pizza with extra cheese. Never order from here again. You guys are absolutely the worst.
Only place open on Thanksgiving, but was still good service.

Around 9:30PM (11/4) we got pizza and it was undercooked, mis-topped, and the hand tossed dough was under-proofed, hence the bubbles and dough texture when biting into it. There was also a strong lack of sauce (ironically the sauce went over the crust on a few slices) and cheese, and the pizza wasn’t even cut remotely evenly, let alone cut through. Were not ordering from here again for a long time.

For my step sister 15 birthday we ordered pizza and after an hour we called back to find out what happened. We were charged a delivery fee and when we called we were told that the order was placed to pick up and that they were going to reimburse the delivery fee. Mind we had all her friends and family over waiting for pizza. My sister left a one star service review because she was unsatisfied with this situation on her birthday. We received a call back from the manager store letting us know that they will no longer service us because of the one star review and we had to go to another location to start a new order. I will be calling corporate to report this situation. It is unethical to reuse service to someone first because they only speak Spanish, my other sister had to translate to my step mom and second because they were unsatisfied with your service. And we will definitely will never order from this store and will encourage everyone not to order from this location at Curry Ford and Chickasaw.

We always order from this location so we have the order saved for future use. Apparently they no longer deliver to our area and instead of them calling to tell us that we had to pick up our order, we had to call them, be put on hold with no answer, call again to be told that our order supposedly had their address as the delivery address and be told that we had to pick it up and we’ll be refunded for delivery. Someone gave the order a one star review (as deserved) and the manager called us back with an attitude saying they were cancelling the order and to order from another location instead. Terrible for 2 kid’s bday party

My husband and i placed an order last night around 7:30pm.. when i say i waited until 12am for the pizza to never arrive, i was beyond mad. it's unacceptable, unprofessional. negative three stars if i could.
