Placed an order, get a confirmation of order, go shop Publix while waiting for order to complete only to come out and go to check their tracker and order is cancelled. No call, text or email of the change. Called and the store manger stated they were “too busy” because it was listed as curbside and they couldn’t walk it outside essentially. ordered pizza from this store was delivered cold after 45 minutes. I called them and they told me they could not refund me today. Tomorrow I will be returning directly to the store to get my refund.
we ordered $60 in food including a 10 pc wing. Didn't get the wings and placed a claim online. The only offer was 20% off menu or a free pizza, but all at a later date. Called the store and was told a 2 hour wait and he'd credit my account for two wings on the next order. I'm from out of state and he told me he'd credit my account.
