Ordered online and had no issues with time or delivery. The issue is Domino's food quality is just absolutely terrible. I knew it was bad years ago but everyone told me they are so much better now. Sorry but that pizza was cardboard, I even knocked on the back of it to make my friend think someone was at the door. The wing meat was a texture that should not be considered chicken and appeared to come from baby chics. Obviously they are saving on quality but not passing on the savings, I expect to pay more now than a few years ago but should still get some value. Good luck in the future but my business will go elsewhere.

Ordered two pizzas, a thin and a hand tossed and got two hand tossed. The online order receipt and the sticker on the box both confirmed my order of one thin, one hand tossed. Pizza and breadbites were prepared well and arrived quickly, just was not what we ordered.**Edit after response below**Hopefully a response from the store after 8 years means the franchise has changed hands. I've completely avoided this store since moving back into the area because it only took 1 order to be reminded that I'll have to triple check each item to ensure I got what I paid for. If it has changed hands, I'd love to know because I will try this location again, it's the closest to me.Also, might want to include an email address if you ask customers to email you directly. Thank you!

I ordered wings tossed with hot buffalo sauce, inside the store. I understand it is not easy to meet the standards with only 3 employees in the store with a lot of orders, I think. However, I got the worst ever chicken wings from Domino's.1. I told them to put a lot of sauce, since I like spicy foods. Instead, they put very little from the usual and not even tingling my tongue.2. They put almost entirely legs and only 1 wing.Total observation: It is better order online than in store. For me it was my last in Domino's. Never again. Next day, I ordered from Buffalo wild wings restaurant, apparently not far from Domino's in distance.

Hey. I know this place has bad reviews cause of that old manager but this new guy, James, that’s a stand up guy man. Having worked at PJ before I know how hard it is making things when you’re the only one inside and all the drivers are gone. He was patient with me, I was patient with him. You can tell he cares about serving his people.

THIS IS THE WORRRSTTTTT DOMINOS EVER. You walk in they don’t acknowledge you for 20 minutes and then a new customer comes in and they greet him and give him his order when I placed an order 30 minutes ago. They are slow! Rude!!! And rush your food so that it taste horrible. It’s a Caucasian male ( didn’t catch his name ) and an African American lady ( also didn’t catch the name ). This location needs to be shut down. 0/10

They canceled my order when it was finished and then I called and was on hold for 30 mins and had to call again and the man who picked up I think his name was John was insanely rude and upset because they are busy and he didn't have time for my order and hung up on me within 20 seconds never go here they need to fire all of management

This place is horrible. They had me waiting for 20 minutes and then tells me the driver took it and expected me to wait another 30 minutes. The staff gave me poor customer service.

We placed an order for two pizzas and a cheesy bread. The tracker said Terry, apparently the general manager of the store, started at 7:02 and never made it to bake. 8:25 rolls around and we’re waiting on hold for 20-30 minutes to speak to someone about our order. We finally drive to the store where there’s three employees, no one greeting us but they were finally packaging our order to be delivered. Terry was wearing a grey tank top, shorts and flip flops, not a proper uniform for a food preparation. We mention being on hold and he immediately accuses us of being a customer who had yelled at him rather than asking our name or what we ordered. One of my je employees began to bring our order to us then walked away with it as we asked for a refund. The manager rudely processed the refund without attempting to apologize for how he acted or the incredibly delayed order.

Will never order Dominos again. Wings had no meat??? It was just fat and breading. Pizza was tasteless with barely any sauce, poorly cut toppings that were either overcooked until they were black or undercooked (spinach was black and onions were raw). They also tried to get me to tip them on carry-out??? Order was already $20+. For just 1 pizza and 8 wings.

I placed my order around 7 am got later the pizza is still not in the oven. I decided to call to see what was up. I was immediately put on hold without so much as a greeting. Thirty minutes later, still on hold, I decide to drive up to the store. I am ignored at the store where there are three employees. (one of them says they just got there.) I politely tell them the situation and the manager Terry accuses me of yelling at him on the phone. That wasn't me dawg. He didn't ask for my name or anything until I asked for a refund. On top of that he was just wearing a tank top, shorts, and slides/flipflops. Seems unsanitary. He rudely processes my order and as I'm walking out the door he tells the other two that I was the guy who yelled at him on the phone. I would never ask for any hand outs but I feel he should have let us keep the pizzas.Tldr: very rude manager Terry, never going back to this store. Might be a while for me to order dominoes period.

Waited 1 hr. Ordered 7 pizzas. 1 pizza was not right. Probably never come back, & more when two employees, when asked after 30 minutes just replied "I don't know what's going on". Very disappointed.
