I order takeout so I use the Domino's app. Great option for eating on campus and the app has a lot of coupon options so my meal is super cheap. I just arrived and picked my order quickly and was able to leave. They took about 10 min to make my order.

I know how pizza places usually are with meat portions so I paid extra for double chicken on a custom pizza I made. When I received it and opened it there were maybe 1-2 pieces on each slice which did not warrant the up charge that I paid. When I brought this to the manager she said this is considered double meat despite seeing 1-2 pieces on each piece instead of 3-5 which should have been on it. If you plan to get Double meat prepare to get scammed. Will not be coming back.

This place needs new management.About 80% of the time, it's great. Sometimes, however, I've been told it would be 10-15 minutes and waited over 60-90 minutes for a pizza. This is unacceptable. A ticket 60+ minutes is honestly despicable.I understand that rushes happen, I can see them hustling like crazy, but good management could improve the team. Ignoring the phone and working harder isn't the solution. Get it together, turn off online ordering if you need to, and plan ahead.Twice I've ordered on a Saturday night and waited hours for my food. It doesn't take a data scientist to know this will happen again. A good manager could prepare and have a better team ready.I also wouldn't be nearly as upset if the app was more transparent about wait times. If I knew it would take that long, I wouldn't have bothered.

I usually don’t ever write reviews but you need to be warned about this place. I ordered one large pizza at 11pm online. the online website directed us to the “closest” dominoes there was to us. we kept track of it and it said it was ready by 11:30 and it would soon be delivered. We waited till 12 to call and they told us they only had one delivery driver for the whole saturday night but our pizza was next to be delivered. Anyways we waited 4 hours for our one pizza, we tried calling them to check they wouldn’t answer, we drove to the pizza place at 1 am they wouldn’t let us in said they were closed. This place has bad communication and isn’t a well run pizza place. when the driver called us he was just saying how far away we were and that he had to drive here and he would be there in 5 min. we waited another hour and a half to find out he got another dominoes to do it and told them the wrong address . we ended up waiting till 2:30 AM. and got no response and i called them and just told them to cancel it because we waited over 4 hours and they were not even in the same spot. there was no sincerity in any of the workers especially for having a customer wait almost a whole shift for one pizza and we even tried to go pick it up. i understand if they were short staffed but they should have communicated better and given us an honest ETA instead of saying “ oh yeah i should be there in 4 minutes” and having to wait another 2 and half hours. Ridiculous

Bro, I'm not one to leave any typa review, much less a bad one but golly man. They were horrible on the phone, confused and panicked, we waited an hour for the pizza to arrive, as we were handing the delivery guy the tip he asked us if we were going to tip?? And we finally got around to eating this "pizza". WHERE WAS THE SAUCE??? There was NO sauce. Pizza dough had so many air pockets I thought we ordered from the Lays Potato chip company. We ate it all, because we were as hungry as orphans. But never again. Don't eat from here unless you're baked because I know you don't care.
