If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst customer service I have dealt with in ANY industry. To be cussed out over a wrong order is beyond anything I could ever imagine. The manger and another worker was working when I received the wrong order and proceeded to tell me I was in the wrong. The blatant disrespect and being cussed at is unacceptable in ANY places of work. I ordered my pizza through the iPhone app which I use often and love. I use the tracker as I did things around the house. It took about 15 minutes before it said it was on its way to deliver, which was perfect. But then things went downhill quickly. The tracker stated the pizza was on its way at 1:29, and I live about 8 miles away from the store. At 1:59 I decided to call the Dominos (store number 3236) to find out why it was taking so long. Domino's Pizza offers good pizza with sometimes too much sauce. The store is spotless, with a pleasant staff. Despite minor mistakes like missing icing on cinnamon twists and wrong drink orders, the overall experience is positive. The young lady behind the counter is invested in customer satisfaction. Large pizzas are pretty darned good, making it a pleasure to dine at this Domino's Pizza location.
