We ordered a special no cheese pizza for my child who has food allergies, and Domino’s delivered the wrong order. When I called, they said it was their “busiest night.” That’s not an excuse—if it’s a busy night, extra care should be taken to make sure orders are correct, especially when allergies are involved. They promised to send the correct order later but never did. Extremely disappointing experience and a serious lack of accountability.
—Update— We gave Domino’s another chance and to our surprise they had a credit waiting for us under our profile. Appreciate that they took the initiative to turn this situation around.

Nasty!!🤢 nobody using gloves touching everything then bare handed placing toppings on top of pizza. Can’t imagine them scratching their privates or picking their noses then slapping pepperoni on your pizza. Heck naw. No shame in their game up in here. Lost a long time customer and that’s what I get for ordering pick up. Order delivery so you don’t see how your pie is made. Whatever you do, don’t go inside and look how they make pizza. Don’t tell me the high heat from the oven kills germs. I don’t want germs in the first place let alone trust the oven to kill them.
This place has gone downhill in the last year. Over $30 for an entire bottle of sauce thrown on my pizza.

The delivery driver at this location went above and beyond to get my food to my in a complex that is difficult to navigate especially since I was injured. Geraldo was compassionate and made sure I got my food as quick as possible. I let the general manager know as well and she was very professional and kind as well. Impressed-Thank you so much!!!

I ordered this pizza for DoorDash around 7:15 pm and it arrived after 8:45. I called in around 8:30 to confirm they had received the order and was assured that the order would be out shortly. I have to say, even though they were extremely busy, my food was warm and made correctly. I got no cheese or pepperoni on a small supreme pizza with ham and it was made exactly right. I expected it to be a little busy because of the rain and time of night, but they handled it really well! The pizza was 40% off! I got my whole with two sauces order plus delivery for only $20.

Been loyal customer since the store open long time ago. But today 10/09/2025 is worst ever. My wife order small order 20 minutes before I get home. She ordered 7:12pm is now at the store for more than half hour and no food ready. They even asked if you need assistance. The young lady with a lot tattoos in her left arm no good. No name identification on the job. Wow what a disappointment. Now is 7:56 pm not ready.

This place needs some help. Takes way too long to get food. The app said pizza would be ready in 20 minutes max, but it actually took 77 minutes. Pizza wasn't ready for 15+ after the app said it was ready. This keeps happening. We have used this place for years; this is a recent development in the past couple months. We will not be going here anymore.
the only thing is the franchise owner seems like an overly greedy person for how understaffed it is. the employees are very hard working and they dont deserve these working conditions. I only saw 3 employees. thats crazy with how many orders they receive.

I spent over $80 on 4 pizzas and wings, expecting the same great experience I had in July, but this order was disappointing. The pizzas were poorly made, the wings were soggy, and nothing matched the quality of my last order.
What made it worse was the service. When I called, the manager Hailey was curt, unhelpful, and refused to provide any assistance, even on something small like waiving a delivery fee for a second order placed minutes apart. Calls were disconnected, and overall it felt very unprofessional.
I hope management takes this seriously, because both the food quality and customer service fell far below expectations.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst customer service I have dealt with in ANY industry. To be cussed out over a wrong order is beyond anything I could ever imagine. The manger and another worker was working when I received the wrong order and proceeded to tell me I was in the wrong. The blatant disrespect and being cussed at is unacceptable in ANY places of work. As a manger myself I would highly recommend some classes or adequate training on how to handle “stressful” situations. The manager does not wear a name tag but my review is not the first or the last about “said manger”. As for the owners there has been a downfall of your location over the past several month. I would highly recommend training your staff or going through a complete change in your employment. I will not be going back to this location.
