the only thing is the franchise owner seems like an overly greedy person for how understaffed it is. the employees are very hard working and they dont deserve these working conditions. I only saw 3 employees. thats crazy with how many orders they receive.

I spent over $80 on 4 pizzas and wings, expecting the same great experience I had in July, but this order was disappointing. The pizzas were poorly made, the wings were soggy, and nothing matched the quality of my last order.
What made it worse was the service. When I called, the manager Hailey was curt, unhelpful, and refused to provide any assistance, even on something small like waiving a delivery fee for a second order placed minutes apart. Calls were disconnected, and overall it felt very unprofessional.
I hope management takes this seriously, because both the food quality and customer service fell far below expectations.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst customer service I have dealt with in ANY industry. To be cussed out over a wrong order is beyond anything I could ever imagine. The manger and another worker was working when I received the wrong order and proceeded to tell me I was in the wrong. The blatant disrespect and being cussed at is unacceptable in ANY places of work. As a manger myself I would highly recommend some classes or adequate training on how to handle “stressful” situations. The manager does not wear a name tag but my review is not the first or the last about “said manger”. As for the owners there has been a downfall of your location over the past several month. I would highly recommend training your staff or going through a complete change in your employment. I will not be going back to this location.
This is by far the worst establishment I have ever seen in all my years. It took 45 minutes to have our original order delivered. When we started opening orders, we realized several of our meals were severely burnt. My dad called in to see if they could replace the meals and they agreed over the phone. When he was on his way back to the store, the manager called him and said he needed to bring the uneaten food back to prove that it was burnt. But we had already started eating around the burnt areas. They also forgot to deliver a portion of our order and refused to refund us. And when we told them it hadn’t come in our order they would not offer us a refund. I am unbelievably disappointed how they handled this situation. Incredibly unprofessional.

Horrible experience I ordered on-line around 5:15 at 6:20 haven't received my order call the store and no body answered I was on hold for 15 mins. So went to the store to see where was my order. When I started explaining the lady named Haylee what happened she immediately told me to not give her an "attitude" I told her her I was not but I was explaining the situation. I asked her why are they not answering she said they are short staffed I saw around 6 or 7 employees there. She said my ordere was being delivered now at 6:30pm I was like wait what? First said collin left the store at 6:04 and when she said that now the app said Milton left the store at 6:30 what is going on here? She decided to called the delivery guy and said that I was canceling tje order that I didn't want it. That was a lie. I said I didn't cancelled!! She proceed to threatened me with the police and she called the police and said I was harassing everybody wish I wasn't that was another lie. I did remind her that she work on customer service and that talk to the customers was part of her job. I don't even now if my money was returned because she started to repeatedly ask me to leave the store. I ask her to please provide me the owner info she denied my that info and said tha was private info. I just left, with no food, no apology, no explanation and on top of that I was horribly mistreated. I really hope this wasn't because im a latin woman. The reality is if they had answered the phone a lot of this horrible situation could be prevented, because i could get the info i needed by phone but they decided not to answered because Haylee says they were under staffed. Haylee is extremely rude and she don't like to comunicate with the customers she threatens with the police the customers that have valid questions and concerns. This was on October 20th at 6:30pm online order 1150. Dominos at Avalon. Really hope this situation is addressed.

We ordered through Uber eats tonight and got the cinnamon twists for dessert and they didn't put the icing in at all. Literally makes it pointless. I'm just gonna save them until tomorrow and maybe go get some icing but that's super disappointing. Also got 3 cokes and they gave us cherry cokes ? these are simple mistakes that still ruin things. Very annoying.

Won’t Deliver out towards Christmas because it’s quote ‘30 Miles Away’
Upon looking on Maps, it is less than 10 miles, 9.1 Miles to be exact. After mentioned it wasn’t 30 miles away they instantly hung up the phone.
