If you're staying at a Walt Disney resort like Caribbeen, Domino's refuses to deliver to your building, and you have an 8-10 minute walk, so if it's 5-10 degrees, you'll have to eat it cold. Really awful service, order elsewhere.

Staying at a Disney resort hotel. Call at 12 am to see if they can deliver because it says they are open untill 1 am. They tell me yes they can but it will take 3 hours to deliver. For that just close earlier and dont offer delivery after a certain time. Business model makes no sense for the consumer

trash location. tried ordering and got told either pick up or cancel the order because it would take up to 3-4 hours to deliver but if I pick up 25 mins. LOL. Marcelo the manager on duty: you need to hire more drivers my boy.

Used to order from them all the time and get great food, great service, and very fast deliveries. In the last 2 months they consistently have been going downhill in quality and service. They're rude on the phone, don't deliver your entire order and then blame you when you ask for the rest of your order. Apparently they're no longer giving receipts either. I'm probably not going to be ordering from them anymore, if you do use discretion and know that everything that is messed up is your own fault.
They just messed up my order, tried to call to get the rest of it and was on hold for 11 minutes. Then, they finally bring the rest of my order, some lava cakes that normally come with cutlery, and they have no powdered sugar, or cutlery, and I had to ask for my receipt. Second paragraph just happened over the last hour. I'm done with this location.
Know what's best? 8yrs and no company outreach to this day 🤣.

I’ve ordered pizza from this place many times, but the service has been consistently disappointing. Last time, when I came to pick up my already-prepared pizza, the staff member turned away and started taking a phone order, even though I arrived before the call — and I had to wait about 10 minutes. On my most recent visit, I found a long black hair in my pizza.
On top of that, when I ordered online, they charged me an extra $5 tip even though I gave a cash tip to the delivery driver.
I think I’ve had enough.

If you are hungry, I recommend ordering anything else than from here. It is ridiculous that you get a promise time of 30-45 mins but end up waiting over 1.5 hrs and when you try to report an issue on the app, the function is disabled. This is the last time I’m ever ordering from this place.
My second time coming here ! The staff is nice and the manager Tony , Austin, Correa, & Justin was very helpful with assisting me! I will come back ❤️

Took 27 minutes from prepping my one pizza to it being in the oven. They were tellin other customers they were backed up. There was barely any food in the oven, no sense of urgency from the employees. 8 workers inside with only 2 making pizzas. 4 or 5 drivers standing around. I used to be a driver at pizza places and if we were backed up, we'd be on the line helping make pizzas. This was laziness. I still don't know why it took so long to get my 1 pizza.
