Incompetent, unprofessional, and unhelpful managers . Marked my order as delivered when they didn’t even answer the call when I was looking for the driver. Offered zero resolution, and zero compensation. Ordered pizzas for a sporting event and left everybody hungry. Don’t order here unless it’s your LAST option.

Horrible service! Told me three times my order was in the oven. I placed two orders within 60 seconds of each other. One came out on time and the second 20 minutes later. Result cold pizza on the first order and a construction crew that had a late, lunch. Horrible!!!

I simply ordered the delivery to be delivered to my home. When I receive the orders, the photos above is what I received when I called the phone to the Domino’s in College Park to address the issues they placed me on hold for 19 minutes and then hung up on my face. upon calling back for a third time when they finally did pick up, I was greeted by woman. I still do not know her name when I explain to her that they have served me the food they did and that I expected it to be replaced she basically replied as if it didn’t happen and hung up in my face. when I then drove to the store and was great at by the only woman at the register that I knew hung up on me due to the fact she was the only female employee there. I asked her if that is how she treated all for customers. I explained to her that was very poor customer service as I was talking to her, another gentleman to the left basically told me to be quiet because he was on the phone very nasty when I explain to the gentleman, whose name was Brandon that I have the right to speak. My opinion. There was no need for him to come off that way when I asked him his name he refused to give it to me when I then said I would take a photo and come back and find out from the a higher up manager who he was, he took his phone out and took a photo of me due to wearing one of my own work shirts. He stated he’s gonna call my employer i am not really sure why I have never been anywhere so unprofessional very poor customer service not the first time as for the other gentleman that were there, I believe about three of them. They seem to just want us to stay out of it and clearly keep their jobs. I’m very curious as to what corporate will do about the situation seeing as it led to the cops being called. Meet Brandon also apparently believed it was professional to start arguing with my 14-year-old son. As for the manager on shift, the one who started the problem she had at no point in time did anything to de-escalate any of the issues going on better yet she is the one who caused it the moment she hung up in my face.

I get dominoes often on my way home from work. I always get the same thing made the same way. The last couple of times I ordered from the app so it sends my order to a different store than what I physically go to and both times I’ve gotten food from this particular store, the pizza dough is still raw. Almost through the whole pizza. After the first time, I figured I would try again today and just put “well done” on my order and it would fix it but when my pizza came today it was like they barely cooked it. I hate this. Why offer a service if they’re just going to ignore how I want it made anyway?

Not only is my pizza burnt but they took 30 minutes to bring it to my car, mind you there was no one in the parking lot but me, and now my food is cold

Bad customer service. Erik seems miserable working at this location. Seems he is not at all happy working this job. Bro find something else than bad service and affecting Domino's franchise

Very bad costumer service especially the person who stands at the register to takes the order(was today Sunday night 09/08/24)that he gave you feel like you are bothering him if ask him any questions about the special for the day, he's very rude!!
