On 4-6 I placed my order at 5:44, it was delivered at 7:24. That's an hour and 40 minutes. The website provided no updates, a phone call got me to a driver who had no explanation, other than they were busy. I never received any explanation, apology, or was there any effort to make it right. We should all keep in mind that there's a Papa John's almost directly across the street. Mike B

I ordered what was to be a sausage pan pizza for lunch, I ordered as soon as they opened assuming I'd get great quality being that they wouldn't be busy like their evenings. I was wrong, my pizza barely had any cheese, some slices had sausage some barely had any. Should've just saved my money. Speaking of which, when I paid I handed my money to the guy at the counter (assuming he was new, no biggie) but the guy that was cutting pizza came to help and when he returned my change he placed it on the counter and slid it towards me. Pet peeve of mine.

I wish I knew the girl's name because I would love to put her on blast. Meaning, her attitude wasn't warm or welcoming. She was the only one on shift, so our order took longer than it should have.

Called in order at 7:07pm , the representative advise 30 mins until ready. Arrived at 730.I paid for my order . The employee advised my pizza was in the oven. I waited another 10 minutes. After waiting for 10 minutes I asked a different employee about how much longer. He then proceeded to tell me my pizza was almost done. I asked him how much longer he refused to tell me. He was very rude and obnoxious. His appearance was not up to par. He told me he wasn’t going to sell me any pizza and to get out his store. He said he was the manager. He also stated it was his store. The way he interacted with the other employees, displayed his unprofessional his pants was hanging off his bottom, no name tag and wrinkled clothing. Horrible service

Come to this store if you want to wait on the phone for 15 minutes or more depending on the day to place your order, get hung up on for pausing for one sec., get your order wrong toppings/wrong size consistently, pull teeth to get a one word response, and closes early. Unbelievable. The people who work there from the owner to the manager seem like they do whatever they want and have no standards on how people should be treated.
Always quality service when I visit this location! I have no issues with my orders ever, and the app works flawlessly with the tracker too. The staff is always friendly and attentive, my pizzas are made correct and taste fresh. Keep up the great job Edgewater Crew!

I recently ordered a pepperoni pizza from Domino's and it was a solid choice. The pizza was delivered hot and fresh, the crust was crispy and had a good texture. The cheese was melted perfectly, and the pepperoni was flavorful and had a nice spicy kick.The pizza was also generously topped with pepperoni, which was a plus. The sauce was also well balanced and had a nice tangy flavor that complemented the cheese and pepperoni.

So over these guys. Spent all day at work, gave my brother $50 to order a very late dinner. 2 pizzas and brownies. Got some undercooked brownies, said no onions- both pizzas were covered in onions. Order One was thin crust, the other regular, got both as thin crust. Pineapple & half jalapeños on the buffalo chicken pizza, didn't get the pineapple, peppers or buffalo sauce. Pizza was diced cut instead of sliced.I give up, I'm not even arguing anymore with thier mistakes I'm just doing the charge back

Ordered a pizza online and it said it was be 20-30 minutes, about five minutes passed and Noah began”preparing” my order I waited and check back on the status after about 20 minutes and it still had not changed. I called six different times and waited on hold for 5-10 minutes each time and no one answered the phone. After an hour and ten minutes passed it finally reset the time and five minutes passed and updated to “bake” . I took them a total of a hour and forty minutes to deliver the pizza. Terrible dominoes that can’t notify customers and cannot answer the phone. Highly disappointed in my experience with this dominoes.
