1. Order Confusion: I received three different orders with three different names, none of which matched my order or my name. 2. Lack of Attention: The staff appeared unfocused and inattentive to customer needs.
This level of service is unacceptable, and it significantly impacted my experience. I believe there is a need for improved training and better customer service practices at this location.

I don't know how they can have a manager no capacity as Mr. Mohammed. I ordered 4 pizza with, knots and breadsticks, it indicated that delivery would be 45 minutes. When I call the store, after one hour, they tell me that I will receive my order in 10 minutes. An hour and a half later I received my order and was cold too. When I complained during the waiting time to Mr. Mohammed he canceled my order without my authorization. I demanded my return money. Shame he call himself a manager, when he had no empathy or tact to address the matter. He just said, we are busy. I won't order from that store again as long as people like him continue as manager. Thank you for nothing Mr. Mohammed.

Highly incompetent staff. I order carryout pizza about 2 to 3 times per year and this was my go-to store as I like dominoes and it is fairly close to me. Yet every time I make an order for pickup, I am either handed the wrong order or have to wait for an additional 15 minutes before someone realizes that my order was already cooked.The food is decent and is as expected but I am fed up with the terrible mismanagement of orders. Just the other day I saw a nice coupon online but was reminded of how terrible this place is and so I didn't end up using it as the next nearest Domino's is half an hour away from me. I have left feedback several times over the years and just get a "We understand and we will fix it" but it never gets fixed.
I picked up a medium pizza from Dominos on Whisper lakes. There’s a woman who worked at Dominos. I asked if she can drizzle barbecue on top and she said she can’t do that cause of the rules, It has to go back in the oven.I told her other dominos places do that all the time for me just drizzle barbecue on top of the pizza she replied again saying she can’t do that but she can give me a barbecue on the side to dip it in.I’m not happy with this service.
Sub par of what dominoes once was especially in this location, their either way late delivering food to your home or your order isn't ready when you come to carry out. This has happened to me multiple times, and each time they have a poor excuse. Corporate needs to make a visit here to fix the problem as way to frequently they are unorganized.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Ordered a pizza and took 1+ hr and not even followed up on the tardiness. Arrived to the store and asked for a refund. Person in charge (Noah) informed it'd take 24-48hrs to process and did not even have the courtesy to make it right despite being disrespectful with my time and my delivery request (Pizza was ready). Didn't take it as it was ready from over an hour waiting to be delivered at home. AWFUL customer service from this store. Worst experience ever. Will never come back.

The guy called me to let me know the order was gonna take longer to get delivered, so I decided to come to pick it up. Things happens and it’s very nice to get informed, that’s a good service. Thank you and keep it up!
