I picked up a medium pizza from Dominos on Whisper lakes. There’s a woman who worked at Dominos. I asked if she can drizzle barbecue on top and she said she can’t do that cause of the rules, It has to go back in the oven.I told her other dominos places do that all the time for me just drizzle barbecue on top of the pizza she replied again saying she can’t do that but she can give me a barbecue on the side to dip it in.I’m not happy with this service.
Sub par of what dominoes once was especially in this location, their either way late delivering food to your home or your order isn't ready when you come to carry out. This has happened to me multiple times, and each time they have a poor excuse. Corporate needs to make a visit here to fix the problem as way to frequently they are unorganized.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Ordered a pizza and took 1+ hr and not even followed up on the tardiness. Arrived to the store and asked for a refund. Person in charge (Noah) informed it'd take 24-48hrs to process and did not even have the courtesy to make it right despite being disrespectful with my time and my delivery request (Pizza was ready). Didn't take it as it was ready from over an hour waiting to be delivered at home. AWFUL customer service from this store. Worst experience ever. Will never come back.

The guy called me to let me know the order was gonna take longer to get delivered, so I decided to come to pick it up. Things happens and it’s very nice to get informed, that’s a good service. Thank you and keep it up!
This dominos is horrible. I’ve been trying to get on the phone with them for 30 minutes after the lady gave me attitude about wondering how ONE order of wings was $20. I order two but the lady insisted they put both of the order of wings in the box, I get home and there isn’t even one whole order. So rude for no reason and still no refund on the order of wings I DID NOT receive.

Called me 20 mins after I ordered to ask if I wanted to cancel because there was only one driver. Offered to pick it up if the delivery charge and tip were taken off. Couldn't do that. If you don't want to work past a certain time close the store.

This is unacceptable..on Aug 5, 2023 at 6:10pm the driver was careless about how he handled my food CLEARLY!!! I want a refund or something back..he didn't even get out the car in front of the hotel..he handed me the food and dropped it right out the car..he got a tip and Dominos got their money but I need credit or a refund...

If I could post the picture of my lava cakes delivered smashed I would and I will find a way to expose the thrifty service I got and no refund or store credit..this is unacceptable..this happened on 8/5/2023 6:10pm when delivered
I was very impressed with the thin crust and veggies on it. As a person that wants to enjoy food while being very conscious of processed killer food. The young adult that attended me was willing to express the ingredients of the dow but could find the chart, but it was clear that it was thin with veggies and as much toppings with extra charge of course but they are very clean. Would I go back? Absolutely!!!

This Domino's is outstanding!! They just keep getting better and better. Their cheese is super good as well as the sauce- you ask for extra and get it, not like some places where you pay extra for it but they don't put it on. No complaints with delivery or carryout they are spot-on everytime.

I ordered a large extravaganza, and actually it was very expensive if you compare this pizza to what you get in Caesar’s or Marco’s, it didn’t bring almost anything.The worse thing was the flavor, very tasteless. I lost my money!

My experience at this Domino's was horrible. I had a taste for Domino's so I was on my way home and called them while on my way. I was on hold with this location while on a 20 minute drive to pick up the pizza. I continued driving there only because I needed to make another stop in the area.I get to Domino's and this lady just looks at me, the two guys on the other side making pizza did the same thing. I asked if they were open because no one even acknowledged I was there. The lady says, "did you want to place an order"?I said yes, why else would I be here? I've been on hold for 20 minutes on my way to this area. One of the guys comes closer and says, "we're not taking orders, we are backed up". At that point I turned around and left! I will never go back there again, I've never heard of that before!

Ordered 2 pizzas , wings , garlic knots, and 2 salads, both salads were turning brown, the pizzas were under cooked ... called to get a refund on the salads and left us on hold for 30 min. before hanging up.
