Pizza is ALWAYS made with minimal effort! The pizza cutter they’re using has to be dull because The slices never separate properly. And the delivery is terrible!!!!!!!

I usually do not leave reviews because I’m general manager in the quick service restaurant. I’ve waited 2 hours in a half for a delivery that I’ve never received. Manager In Charge was no help, did not provide a resolution or seem to be concerned about my experience. My apartment is in the next building and I’ve took advantage in ordering delivery due to extremely exhaustion. Called the manager 3 times, he said the order is still out. Even when the order said it was completed. I called the 4th time he said the driver said he delivered. Meanwhile, I’ve check my door, 10 times to see if the food arrived, nothing.
Again an experience like this is unacceptable, and would not have manager like this representing the business. An apology and a solution would have went a long way, especially knowing that I have made several purchases recently with satisfactory.

Never order from this store! It’s the worst Domino’s location there is. I’ve ordered about 4 or 5 times thinking it might improve, but it never does. Every time I place an order, the app shows it’s ready, but when I get there, they haven’t even started making the pizza. This has happened more than four times. The employees are terrible at communication, it’s awful. Never order from this place!

I placed a carry out order today. Upon arrival, the two young black ladies were very warm and welcoming. They prepared my order and got it out to me swiftly. I didn’t catch their names but they are very courteous and contributed to my positive experience. Thank you ladies for your hospitality !

HORRENDOUS SERVICE, I went to dine in with my family, the place was EMPTY and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to get to the counter to get my order , after I ordered I asked for a 2 liter bottle of coke so my family will have something to drink while dining in and they told me they do not supply glasses to drink with, they did'nt not provide glasses, why sell beverages to dine in when their is no glasses to drink with, it's a restaurant. I ended ordering but did not DINE IN. When I went to pay they did'nt have change for a $50 either, it's 3:00 pm for gods sake, worst service ever. I will never go back or recommend this establishment to anyone, BE AWARE.

Ordered my food on the app at 9:57pm tracker stated at 10:33 they were prepping our ordered called three times and no answer, mind you I ordered delivery because I was not feeling well. I called a forth time and kept ringing for 18 mins I drove the street because I also live in Millenia blvd with the call still active I walk into the restaurant and everyone just walking around like there all lost. Phone still ringing off the hook I talk to a Megan Who seemed to be running the shift that night I go and I ask her how come nobody’s answering the phone. She quickly comes at me and tells me can’t you see we’re busy. I was very upset to begin with. This is not how a manager should be conducting a restaurant with no communication, very poor communication at that and lack of customer service if she doesn’t like her job, she should seek new employment. Don’t ever order from this location.
Canceled my order and requested an entire refund. I’d rather have a bowl of ramen before I waste my hard earned money at this dump

Employees in their own world, no professionalism or basic customer service etiquette. The app told me 10 minutes before it was ready, got there and it still wasn’t ready and then they were laughing and goofing off that led to a mishap with my order. Not worth the time to come here. I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes to the next store. Manager seems to be the only one who knows what’s she’s doing there.

We always buy Pacific Veggie pizza from Dominos. This is the bad pizza We ever have. They just added very light veggies on pizza. It’s not yet all pacific veggie. We noticed plastic as well in the pizza. Harmful and leads to cancer.

Order the pizza from here over a hour and half ago. No one picks up the phone and the app doesn’t update. The store is literally 5 mins away. Customer service is terrible there’s no way yall this busy. Which explains why this stores reviews are ass.
Long wait 1 hour + and the girl on counter had bad actitud saying if you don’t want to wait you can cancel.
