Lazy. We called 12/14 around 9:45 to simply ask for an update and see if the pizza was on its way. The women on the phone said she was going to check didn’t mute the phone then heard someone say “I bet you won’t hang up on em” to her and she proceeded to hang up the phone and didn’t answer when we called back. She didn’t even want to help with a simple question… that would’ve taken her 2 seconds to check. Terrible customer service.

Don’t order items for pick up! Orders 3 pizzas for takeout the employee told me 10-15 minute an hour later my order was not even being made, I checked in 3 times to see they just said sorry we have a problem with the system!!! What a waste of time!!

I had the worst customer service from Tiffany, I can not believe someone like her could get hired anywhere. She literally said to me I didn’t catch an attitude but u could, so confrontational when I was just asking a question about an online order for my team at work.
I was so embarrassed I just end up walking out. I went to the one on OBT near Oakridge and surprisingly the black girl there was very nice and inviting.
The only reason I didn’t cancel and never order is because that is what my team was expecting me to bring back.
I hope corporate sees this review. This Dominoes is in a nice location and the guy tried to help, but this White girl name Tiffany is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I felt attacked, she was rolling her eyes, and seem very bothered when I just asked a question about my order. Just wow

I will write a letter to the Dominos corporate to take action. This is the worst Dominos. They do not follow the cleaning rules. They do not use hair nets when you order online. The food is never ready when you arrive and the store is empty. So what did they do while there is no one there? Management need to take action..
This store doesn't deserve 1 star but this is how I will be able to give a review, the workers are rude and are lost I don't know what is goin on in this store, food is always cold always have to put it in the oven when I do get my pizza and delivery driver doesn't know how to work a phone or how to deliver, had to go pick up my order just to come in and the manager was very rude, she talks to people any type of way and when we arrived after the deliver driver mess up delivering my order she cancelled our order, I demanded a refund for the delivery and the order was advise it can take up to 24 hrs then when I received the email it says it can take up to 5 days since I demanded a refund she threatened me with the cops, this is poor management skills I came to pick up my order for there mess up and this is how they treat there customers, corporate needs to get involved with this store !
