Placed an order on the app at 823pm checked on the app tracker for updates. Pizza went in the oven at 934pm l. One whole hour to put a pizza in the oven. Called the store been on hold for 28 mins and no answer. Obviously no interest on answering the phone. Trying to get the order cancelled since it's been an hour already can't do it either. This location should close for good.

I ordered online to pick up carryout. I wanted to try the viral pizza as it looked good in social media. Picked up on time, pies were ready, I paid and was on my way. When I arrived home to my disappointment the viral pizza was incomplete. No steak and barely any bacon. No extra sauce, they sold me just a extra cheese pizza poorly cut. I had my confirmation online and I double checked what I ordered and confirm they messed up the order. Won't be ordering back from dominoes. It's always something wrong.

Called and ordered a large specialty pizza and they told me 15 to 20 minutes for pick up drove to the restaurant and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes so I waited in my car and then went back in and was told 5 more minutes waiting in side for the 5 minutes and then I went to the register to see if it was ready and then I was told that I didn’t have a order as it didn’t save. Called to speak with the manager and he stated saying that the I had called the wrong store and the girl that told me 5 minutes didn’t speak very good English . Beware of ordering from them. Will be reporting this to the BBB.

Pizza arrived cold. Very little sauce and cheese. Tried calling the store several times and the line was always busy. Won't order from Domino's again. I only live 2.7 miles from store. I wouldn't reccomend any of their food options.

Everything was great and fast what pissed me off the fresh puertorican driver asking for a tip when I don't have money to give him that is very bad.I felt very uncomfortable.Tips are voluntary.YOU dont ask for them plus he pissed me off asking if i speak Spanish we speak English this is NOT Puerto Rico by the way I am from there too.NOt good what he did at all the rest was fantastic.Change or educate the driver that was real low what he did.If he wouldn't have done that stupidity I would have borrowed money to tip him but noooo he screwed himself up .

Last Friday I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready within 25 minutes. I arrived at the shop at 30 minutes thinking I am late but my order of two simple pizzas was not ready yet; just "5 more minutes". I went back to my car and waited another 10 minutes, and the order was "almost ready" according to these two associates packing up the orders. I stayed inside to wait. A young guy in the prep area received a phone call on his cell, and he handled the toppings without washing his hands after touching his phone. I was disgusted by it, but I figured my pizza was already in the oven...ha! Lies! The guy left to meet up someone somewhere and 5 mins later came back to the prep area without washing his hands AGAIN!!! ? I couldn't believe he was doing this!!! My order turned out to be out and ready in 50 minutes as opposed to 25 minutes!!! My kids fell asleep waiting for the darn pizza. Absolutely disgusted by the hygiene of the workers here. They don't wear gloves.
