They gave me a pizza that look like it was in the trash and they put it in a box. No cheese on it, burned. I wish I could attach what the pizza looked like. Never ever will I attempt to eat at dominos.

I don't know if there has been new management, but over the last several months this place has gone down hill. Even in the small things: the cheesy bread sticks always came with one side of marinara, now they want a dollar for it. There is always a creepy guy outside smoking or fighting or arguing with someone else outside. Its not a safe area and this franchise is going down hill.

I order online waited for a hour just for them to say it’s complete when I didn’t get my food rather if it was cash upon delivery or credit card this is bad services I will never order here again said me rosline or whoever never showed got to do more better

My boyfriend went in at 11 pm in this location, and they said they were closed even though it says on Google that they close at midnight. Mind you, he's been to 2 other locations prior to this, and everyone kept saying they were closed. It's whatever and was ready to let that go until one of the workers said that if my boyfriend gave him a large tip, he would ask the others to make his order. Honestly, I'm just super disappointed now in Domino's and probably will find a different pizza place as a go-to.

I'M A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND LATELY THE SERVICE HERE SUCKS TERRIBLY. IVE BEEN CALLING FOR 2 HOURS AND 1 LADY ANSWERED THE PHONE AND ONCE I TOLD HER I WANTED TO REDEEM MY FREE PIZZA SHE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES AND NEVER CAME BACK ON THE PHONE. Food is warm at best, been at universal all day and ordered pizza to the hotel room , put my room number on there etc and it still got delivered to the office after I gave a 25% tip on the order.

Of all the locations I’ve ordered Dominos pizza at this one is by far THE WORST location I’ve ever had! The pizza, bread, pasta, or insert whatever else you can possibly order is always soggy/doughy, undercooked, cold, and GROSS! In fact the food is often so undercooked that I am concerned about it making me sick. My stomach hurts a bit right now. I am going to report this location to the Department of Health because they are probably jeopardizing people’s health with the awful food quality. When I called tonight to hold them accountable for their terrible undercooked food, the guy on the phone tried to refuse to refund my order and what he said made so little sense that I wondered if he was on drugs. He kept saying his boss won’t let him do this or that. And I’m like, excuse me, your boss isn’t the one paying for the food, I am. Your boss isn’t the one eating it either. So if a customer asks you to do something, you do it! He also said his boss wasn’t there and wouldn’t be in until tomorrow. Um, what are these folks doing running a store like this without a manager present?! No wonder the food is so awful. I hope the Department of Health shuts this place down because they don’t deserve to be open and got the nerve to be expensive too. I will not be ordering anything from this location again even if the food is free. You couldn’t pay me to eat there. There are better choices!
