Not sure how you can screw up a simple cheese pizza (for my kids) but what we received should have never passed the “Quality Assurance” stage. My kids (4 and 6 years old) refused to eat the pizza saying it looked “scary”.

I have never received a pizza that was fully cooked. The toppings are often cold and the cheese not fully melted. I tried the new stuffed crust and it was so doughy that I had to return it. This location has no interest in quality food preparation.

I ordered off of uber eats and spent 28.76 dollars I’m waiting for my food and on my instructions it clearly say come up to my door and not to meet out side and the gate is open and I ordered pizza and wings at 6pm I’m looking at where the driver is it says he is in the middle of the road and I requested to see where his recent location was he called me but I didn’t get a ring and he left 2 voice mails telling me to come downstairs and I was in the shower so he took my stuff back I only got half of my money back and they said I would get my pizza in 30 minutes after I complained and the 1 worker had a attitude but the other was okay and the GM was ghetto, unprofessional, and disrespectful. It is now 9pm and I still haven’t received my food ⚠️⚠️DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE⚠️ then again the gm said it was raining but at 6pm it was sunset it was not raining. Thankgya!

Store was clean store needs to be updated needs new decor staff was great
Recently we ordered from this store for a business event. The food was delivered hot and on time. Unfortunately we had lost our receipt that we needed for accounting. Luckily, Miguel was super helpful and made time to hunt down and send us the receipt after we lost the original one. He went out of his way to solve our problem. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

Horrible customer service. Called and placed an order for delivery. We were told 40-50 minutes. Called an hour later when pizza had not arrived. They said they didn’t have an apartment number, which they did, and we didn’t answer the phone when they called, which they never called. Now have to wait another 40 minutes for their mistakes. No offer on their part to make this right. Calling Marcos in the future.
Pizza arrived 2 hours after order was placed. It was not we ordered. NEVER use this location. It’s obvious they do not care about customer service.
