It’s dominos so manage expectations. Food is normally good as far as consistency. Sometimes they forget your sauce cup, or it will say come pick up order but it’s not ready so give them extra 10 min, common practice to boost numbers of how fast orders go out. Overall great ppl work here.

Placed a 50$ order on 1/18 for the Buffalo Chicken Pizza. I asked if instead of putting the Buffalo sauce on the pizza could they put it on the side, however the female employee told me that it would be an up charge to do so. Normally I order with no issue/no charge, but now I guess you got to pay extra for sauce that already is supposed to come on the pizza. Will try Papa John’s next time

I wish I could give zero stars. I made an order over the phone. I was told pizza would be at my house in 30 minutes (1.7 mile total distance). After an hour had passed I called the store back. Guy picked up the phone and said my order had been canceled because it was outside the delivery zone, meanwhile my card has already been charged and they have my address and phone number. I asked why I didn’t get a call to let me know the order had been canceled and I was then hung up on. I called back and Blake the manager was on the phone, he said “yeah you’ll get your refund eventually”, I asked why I never revived a call. He said “I don’t know” and didn’t provide any help whatsoever. I will never get dominos again and I can’t believe people can be so rude on the phone FOR NO REASON when they are the ones that messed up.

Add a soda .. small order still...

I have been on hold for 35 minutes no one has answered my call this is very annoying and frustrating I had to call in my order because they had messed up my order this is soooo frustrating

Placed and order for delivery and after an hour it was still in prep and called the store and was told it was 2 hours for delivery. This isn’t my first issue with this location as I’ve had deliveries cancelled due to no drivers. The should have updates on the app showing true delivery times.
