First let me start by saying it only takes one to ruin something. And what I'm about to say has happened before, and I let it go. But no more. A delivery driver asked me for a tip to my face upon delivery, I stated I already have and it was a pretty good tip too for the cost of my food. 25 percent. He said well what about the pet who work in the store, I said is that not what y'all do with the delivery fee. Then when he realized I wasn't paying more in tips then I did for my meal, he started pointing out how my hedges need trimming and my yard need work. I kindly refused and told him my neighbor does that, which he does. So the delivery guy finally left, and my girlfriend told me I should report him. I decided against it because I figured well maybe he's struggling and a closed mouth don't get fed. But he did it again this time about 19 minutes ago and I'm going to just not order from dominos anymore. It was my go to place to because the food is decent and it's super close to me. I hope you guys review all my purchases and see how much this cost you in the long run. I was ordering multiple times a week, but not going to do this again. I just prefer to deal with a place that doesn't send someone to beg me for money after I already tipped him 5 dollars on a 16 dollar order. And the place is a mile from my house.

No one answers the phone, I've tried calling countless times without success.

The food arrived cold, even in an insulated bag. The guarantee you market is a joke bc you offer a discount on a future order, and judging by your review percentages most people don’t want to order from you again after the first time. Pizza is dry and cold, despite ordering extra sauce. It’s poorly portioned and more bread than anything else, very much unlike the “new york style” that I ordered. If your tracker times are accurate to what you are doing in real time in your location, my food sat for over 20 minutes before anyone bothered to deliver it. The driver spent a lot of time wandering my community when they could have called and asked questions if the location was difficult to find. You have poor execution, poor communication, and inferior food. Pass this location by if you want decent pizza on a Saturday night.

I ordered through DoorDash, but they use their own drivers, and the driver went to the wrong building. Instead of trying to contact me, he just marked the order as delivered. While I could see him lost on the map, I kept trying to call the restaurant to explain the directions, but nobody would answer. They even hung up on me. I tried ordering again for pickup, but they said it would take over an hour!
The worst part was checking Google afterward and seeing so many bad reviews for this same location and clearly, nothing has improved.

I made an order through the app and for no reason they canceled and got my money! Tried to call them but nobody answered! What a shame!!!
I can't even tell about the food, because they never delivered it, the money got out of my account and I can find my order on the dominos tracker site, but they say they can't find my order on their system, which means the system sucks, so don't order it online or the app, now they are just ignoring my phone calls

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this experience needs to be shared. I ordered from this Domino’s (6401 Raleigh St, Orlando) and the food came completely burnt not just a little overcooked, but actually inedible. When I called to request a refund, they only offered store credit, which felt really unfair since I didn’t want to order again after that experience.
To make things worse, after I declined the remake, they still sent a driver back to my gated community without my permission. Thankfully, my gate kept them from showing up at my door, but that was really uncomfortable and unnecessary.
I get that mistakes happen, but the way this was handled left a bad taste and not from the pizza. Definitely disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service.

Can’t pay cash for orders more than $30. That’s the main reason I order dominos is because I have cash and want pizza delivered to me.

The pizza at this Domino's does NOT look like the commercials ,toppings skimpy, not cooked right, they need to take notes from the store in Davenport, Fl, as that has always been great!

Essentially this is the worst Dominos location in the world. Horrible food, dry pizza with no ingredients and terrible customer service. I will never order pizza from this location again…

I’ve asked several times not to add the garlic crust, but they keep putting it anyway.

We always order and enjoy the food, especially the lava cake dessert. Today, we ordered bread, two pizzas, and the much-anticipated lava cake. When the order arrived, the lava cake was missing. That was fine—we understand mistakes happen. We called and explained that the dessert was missing. The attendant kindly asked if we wanted a credit or if we preferred to receive the lava cake. Since we really love this dessert, we asked if they could please deliver it.
So, we started eating, excited for the dessert to arrive. It didn’t take long for a box, similar to the lava cake packaging, to be delivered. Since we were still eating our pizza, I didn’t think to open it immediately to check—after all, the only thing missing was the dessert, and we assumed that’s what was inside.
But when it was finally time to enjoy the dessert with some ice cream, to our surprise and disbelief, it wasn’t the lava cake at all—it was chicken drumsticks. Even worse, not just chicken, but two half-eaten drumsticks, with only leftover bones and scraps remaining. It felt like it was done out of spite or anger—there’s no other explanation. It seemed malicious and extremely disrespectful.
It’s the worst feeling to open a delivery order and see something already eaten like that, with bones and leftovers, when all we wanted was the dessert we had paid for. If it hadn’t been charged, we would’ve understood and would’ve happily ordered and paid again—but we did pay, and it didn’t come.
That’s why we called—simply asking for what we paid for and what was missing. Unfortunately, because of the malicious and unethical behavior of a few staff members, the store has now lost four loyal customers. We will no longer be ordering again, out of disappointment and lack of respect and empathy from the people handling our food.
I placed an order and my dessert was missing. I called the restaurant to let them know, and they said they would send it right away. When the delivery finally arrived, I was shocked to find a box with chicken drumsticks that had clearly already been eaten. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unhygienic. I expected a quick fix to a simple mistake, but this made the situation even worse. I won’t be ordering from here again.
